BE AWARE!! They took -£49.17 from my account and then hour later had another transaction ‘new is nice ltd clone’ for -£24.99. I have not ordered anything from this company! Have emailed with a screenshot of my bank account and heard nothing back. This was also 2am & 3am when I was asleep!

Thay got my details somehow and took £24.99 from my bank. Thay won't refund it and say I opened a account. I didn't and I've never heard of them or even had contact with the company.

This is my second review
This is my second review. My first was put up months ago. I have asked newisnice to cancel an order and refund my money. Over a month ago they responded to my trustpilot review promising to look into it. But I have since realised that is their standard response to any complaint and they don’t actually look into at all. It is designed to appear as if they are working with you to resolve it when in reality they respond and then disappear. Not only have they not looked into it, they have not refunded my money and today have actually taken. A further payment from my bank for this item. I am actually getting extremely angry now! You cannot get a reply via email, there is never agents available on live chat or the phone so it is impossible to speak with anyone at all.

Cancelled my order
Cancelled my order, This site clearly states unregulated credit agreement.
If you get into financial difficulty there is no regulation nor do they have to declare what the interest will be if you go over the stated payment terms.
Cancelled my order and also told my bank to block payments.
Just because they are unregulated doesn't mean they cannot be transparent and that certainly was not the case for me if I could minus stars I would.

I placed an order and was waiting for the confirmation email. Never heard anything from them. A week later you tried taking £49 and have continued to try take it every day since. Iv never had anything confirming an order. I have tried to call and never answer. Iv emailed you asking for the order to be cancelled and the response I got was "please rate out customer service" no one every connections to the live chat.

Ask to cancel and refund.....que tumble weed
Have tried to get order cancelled but not responding and took 50 out of my account.
Charinging nearly £500 for a £100 phone is absolutely disgusting.
They claim you can get your items for Christmas but then never communicate once you have placed an order as to how many payments you need to make before dispatch. So in reality you won't get anything before Christmas.
Once you try to cancel they go silent.
They will respond to reviews with generic replies with the bull of "many of our customers enjoy competitive market place rates once we get to know you" yet I fail to see any reviews supporting your claims.
I suspect they will just keep rebranding due to their terrible reputation.
I don't care how bad someone's credit report is you have absolutely no logic reason to be charging 5 times an item value. Effectively you are a pay day loan company using items to justify your stupid rates and who knows if you will actually receive anything.
I really don't see these lasting long due to their horrendous communication, transparency and downright false advertising on the website.

Here at New Is Nice we offer a pricing model whereby prices are dependant on an individuals credit score and affordability, so whilst some customers may have to pay a little more this will be due to their current credit score, However we have hundreds of customers who's pricing is competitive to that of the high-street, also once we get to know you as a customer, your subsequent orders will also have better rates.
We do encourage customers to shop around to find the best deal for themselves.

Scam company all products are 3 times the retail price then you make 3 months of payments before you recieve them with them payments if yoy saved for 3 months you would own the item outright anyway

As of today the 26th of November 2024, I have still not received any confirmation of my order. What I have had though since applying, are an unbelievable amount af spam phone calls from different numbers ( ppi claims, finance deals, car loans ) all asking for my bank details and other personal information. I have now forwarded this to the relevant people, as I believe this to be an act of fraud. Stick with the bigger catalogues for a safe way to shop online, if you don't have the money, learn to save 👍🏻

If I could give zero
If I could give zero, I would! They are scam artists. Someone must have ordered something in my name, my email was hacked. They’ve tried TWICE to take payment from my account for two payments, for what? I don’t even know, 2 payments of £45 each. I’m a disabled, single mother and I would NOT order something I can’t afford. My bank card was also stolen, so go figure. My bank stopped the first payments but they STILL tried again today!! Not happy at all. New is nice, I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOU, deal with it. 🤬
