I sent my items extremely well packaged. There were 4 glasses and a honey pot. I sent them in one package but 2 boxes inside as I used a lot of bubble wrap. They sent me an offer, I refused. They sent my items back in one box with hardly any protective wrapping. All the glasses had shattered. I was so sad. I contacted them and they said we don't recommend you send glass. I explained that the items I sent to them arrived in one piece as I wrapped them correctly. How can it be my fault if they arrived in tact, but when they returned them in a box with little bubble wrap and they break k that's my fault? Why didn't they wrap them correctly, because I refused their offer? Terrible attitude do not trust them with your valuables.

Really easy to use and very quick. Quite for items within a few days (including a bank holiday) and payment within the hour once accepted. Highly recommend.

I Sent a few earrings as l can no.longer put them in my ears and they were just sitting in the jewellery box. I had a valuation within 24 hours and l agreed with it and the money was in my account within a few minutes. I recommend using them as it's better to have money in your pocket than sitting in a drawer

Heard the advert on the radio. Requested the pack which arrived quickly. The instructions were so simple to follow. Sent my items off and received a text with an offer the next working day which I accepted. The payment came into my bank very quickly. All in all a very positive experience. Would happily use again.

Easy to arrange from ordering the prepaid returns label and the communication recieved once items received by them to send you your offer price and then being pain almost instantly. Highly recommended service for all those unwanted items you have laying around the house. Thank you DSOI 5*

Absolute scammers, after I sent the items (worth £1500) have not heard about it for 2 months, when reached out they say they did not received it. After few days of pushing somehow they did managed to find it. However after that for months were claiming they wait for their valuators. And finally when I prompted them they said it was too long and they disposed of my items!!! Lawsuit in progress!

Don't sit on it = Pass the buck.. . What a disappointing experience with a company that do not meet their promise's. Insured for missing items sent up to £750. Sent 23 items in a large box which did not get delivered using their supplied return Royal Mail label. They passed the responsibility onto me, but Royal mail said it was the supplier of the returns label to file a claim. Absolute shambles of a company. Steer Clear.

The service was quick and everything they promised they delivered. The pack arrived swiftly, was easy to deal with and administer, and didn’t cost me anything to post. They replied quickly with more than I expected. When I agreed the money was in my account in under 30 mins.

Sent 8 items- two iPads, an iPhone X, three iPods and two good quality digital cameras.All were in good working order. I didn’t expect that I would be able to Retire from the proceeds of the sale but the offer I was sent was ridiculous and with no justification as to how they had come to the figure….£10.71!! When I refused the offer it was increased to the princely sum of £20. The phone alone was worth £50, so I asked for the items returning. An absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!!!

Rubbish! Sent an item and did not hear anything for two weeks, then received the item back with no explanation!
