Package missing and almost non-existent customer service
Have not received my package and it’s been over a month since tracking number was given, no updates given by the team after investigation opened and when I was offered a refund I’ve had no reply to my confirmation that I’d like to proceed.
worst experience ever stay clear
this is the worst experience i have EVER had with any company. i ordered blackpink deadline albums in january after reading great reviews, my albums were meant to be shipped out mid march, i got no update on the status of my order so i contacted them on everything i could find (emailed to both of their emails, commented on tiktok’s and messaged on instagram) i got no response after multiple emails and even threatening legal action doesn’t make them give you any information or even bother messaging back. i have no idea where my order is or even if it’ll be shipped out i have no clue. i also ordered bts arirang albums that were meant to be shipped out early april (i ordered before i knew i might not even get my blackpink albums) and of course i’ve had no updates on anything which is no surprise by now. not getting any answer or updates is so frustrating and worrying as i spent so much money on my orders to have no idea where they are and if i’ll even get my money back. who ever says the have great communication are complete liars. the only email i ever got from them was right after i ordered in january saying the pob photocard option i had choose was out of stock even though it didn’t say that on their site, i paid for a photo version i don’t want. their website also randomly disappeared off the shop app where i track my parcels, i have no idea if this affects my order in any way i have no way to track my order at all as i didn’t even receive a tracking number. i don’t know if they pick and choose what orders to full fill and who to respond to but i cannot not recommend enough. please please please stay clear of this website and save your money for company’s that actually care about their customers and their orders. update: they have now cancelled both of my orders just because i left a bad review, no apology email or any information on what will happen with my money hopefully i’ll get refunded.

This was by far the worst experience
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I placed my order in October 2025 as a pre-order, with the original release scheduled for January 2026. Without any proactive communication, the delivery was delayed to February 2026.
Attempts to contact the store via email and Instagram were completely ignored for weeks. Only after I mentioned that I would consider taking legal action did I finally receive a response—but even then, it was vague and did not address my questions or concerns.
I eventually received the products in early April, several months later than promised. The lack of communication and unprofessional handling of the situation were extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Informing them about consumer laws doesn’t work and won’t get you a refund for items not shipped/received.
Only a chargeback with your cc company/bank will get you your money back.
There are quite a few shops that actually care about their customers. Save your time and shop there instead!

It took a very long time to arrive. But I ordered the necklace and even through not in Europe it thankfully arrived before Hyunjins birthday! Quality is great and it came with freebies (freebies weren’t pcs but something even more better) I loved the gift of the extra pc with a QR code. The necklace is just right!
Don't bother if you want it anytime soon
My item itself was packaged well and I recieved the correct item, however actually receiving my item was a nightmare. It took 8 weeks to actually recieve my order despite the preorder period ending a month before i even ordered. Two weeks after I placed my order I emailed to check its status as I had heard nothing, only to be told the version I ordered was no longer available and I could either choose another or cancel my order. If I hadn't emailed I imagine I still would have been waiting. I chose a different members version, which apparently was priced differently as I was then sent an invoice for more than I originally paid, for a version I didn't actually want. However as i still wanted the item, unfortunately i paid the difference. After a month of no further communication I emailed again, only to be told shipping was delayed due to a Korean holiday, that apparently meant it couldn't be shipped for 4 weeks, and would only then be expecting it to the British warehouse. I finally have the item, scratched but miraculously intact. I emailed twice for an update after the order was changed, but got zero reply and I had to reply to my previous email chain to actually get a response. The shipping policy on the website is about 2 weeks, but it apparently takes until they can be bothered.
Order not received
Items still not sent out, emailed and messaged on social media multiple times and received no reply with information. Now having to raise a dispute with bank.

Still have not received my order even though it arrived in UK seems to have been lost or stolen via post. Asked by dmf for reviews but everytime I contact them to tell them I have not received my items I get no response

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't waste your time and money. I feel it is a complete scam or they purposely mess up delivery (forgetting to put addresses on packages) but they do not forget to take and keep the payment with no point of contact. Please avoid and find a more reliable company to spend your money.
