What can I say, Michelle Standen is a very thorough and dedicated adviser. After watching the rates constantly rising, I approached Michelle for help with my remortgage. The process itself was simple and quick, I believe this is down to the preparation and organisation that Michelle demonstrates. I’ve been kept well informed and updated throughout the process.
