Susy and Chantelle provided a service I have rarely encountered in the many dealings I have with the service industry. Not only did they manage to navigate all the challenging aspects of my requirements for a mortgage as an expat returning to the Uk, but they stayed connected and active on my account from beginning to end even when they had completed their part of the process. They took responsibility to see our home purchase over the line until we walked through the door of our dream home and did it with kind and cheerful responses at every turn. This was by far the most excellent service I have ever received at the hands of a company in the service industry. Thank you once again!
