Really helpful in remortgaging our house for the first time and incorporating our help to buy mortgage. I spoke to one broker before them as they were trying to charge me £1699 broker fee. Whereas NewHomes don’t charge for their services. Would highly recommend, Michelle was really helpful in finding the best deal for us.

First time buyers

Although we are still in the process of purchasing our first home, we can not fault Grace Sherwood. From first being in contact with her until the stage we are currently at, she has clearly answered any queries, responded quickly and put our minds at ease. Its no wonder that she came so recommend.

We've used New Homes since 2017 and they are always great to deal with. We've had some complicated re-mortgages (to us anyway) and they always fully explain all of our options.
