When products are mentioned they are dispatched from Australia, I deeply resent being charged international transaction fees without prior notification. That is dishonest and misleading. While i love the mattress I don't like diseption.

I purchased hybrid pro mattress but it came folded in package which destroyed its springs and now when we lay down it’s got very uncomfortable.

I’m very happy with my mattress
I’m very happy with my mattress. I bought the medium queen size. It arrived far more quickly than I expected and the price was really good; it was half price around Xmas time and the online comparison of the quality with other similar mattresses was apples for apples so very happy with the price. Been sleeping on it for a week and my lower back pain has improved significantly. It is soft enough but supportive. Word to the wise, make sure you have 2 strong people on hand to move it to its destination as it’s very heavy. Overall, very happy.

Unbeatable Comfort, Price and Warranty!
Our matress was over 14 years old. We had been discussing for years a bed in a box. Never had we thought that purchasing a new matress would help our aging bodies. My husband has had a major back operation and had sleep apnoea and I have Fibromyalgia. Both of us sleep hot. Unable to match the help given on line with Newentor Chat service, we took the advise given and purchased the Newentor Hybrid Matress. Other brands did not offer a 120 day trial nor a 10 year warranty. The comfort and support this matress gives is unbeatable. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Hubby has had the best sleep in ages and with the support zones Ive finally been able to sleep on my side. We both would highly recommend this matress to anyone looking to buy both comfort and price wise!
