So comfy!
I’d been dealing with a really sore back from co-sleeping with my baby on a folded mattress on the floor, so I finally decided to upgrade our setup. I reused a memory foam mattress topper we bought a few years ago, and it made such a noticeable difference—my back feels so much better now. We ended up getting another one for our main bedroom, and my partner is really impressed too, especially since he had been struggling with shoulder pain. After a couple of weeks, he’s feeling much better.
The package arrived quickly without any hassle, and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

Product rated well online and received good reviews. As much as delivery was slightly delayed due to weather conditions in the east, updates were regular and delivery person was pleasant and helpful. External box was damaged, but fortunately didn't impact on the mattress.

Easy to order mattress
Easy to order mattress. Arrived quickly in a box. Once opened, the mattress was substantial and provided medium to firm support. Both my husband and I both find it to be very comfortable and great value for money. We would purchase this mattress again.

Top layer is too soft and mattress is collapsing on edge when you sleeping on is or sitting on edge fills like very soft.

Foreign exchange transaction fee
I think that if foreign exchange transaction fees are likely to be added, it should be stated at the outset. I found that the transaction had that further fee and I was not aware it was going to be the case or at least if there was notice in fine print it was not obvious and it should be made clear and obvious at the time of transaction.
