New mattress in a box
I had never thought about getting a mattress in a box before, but I had heard good reviews and thought we would try as we needed a new one.Experience good, easy to access website, but I think I had too many sites open at once and kept losing my cart. When I completed my order the expected day of arrival was not apparent and I could not contact anyone because of the Australia Day holiday, they contacted me after the mattress was delivered. Apart from all that, the mattress is great, very comfortable with little partner disturbance. We also purchased the pillows and they are ok, but do make my ears sore if I lie on my sides too long. The delivery was quick and efficient and the young lady was polite and professional. Thanks again. Purchased on 20/01/2026.

When products are mentioned they are dispatched from Australia, I deeply resent being charged international transaction fees without prior notification. That is dishonest and misleading. While i love the mattress I don't like diseption.
