Newegg has always been my place to go for electronics. Never had a problem with the order and on those rare occasions that a product is faulty, the return was easy and replacement was fast.

I have been ordering computer parts from Newegg since around 2005. They have always come through for me. Items are shipped promptly and packaged carefully. I have had to return an item or two over the years and was never met with any sort of resistance. I fully trust Newegg for computer parts. I check each potential purchase to make certain it’s being sold by Newegg and not a secondary seller.

My parts always arrive sooner than expected

Newegg has been my go to place for buying PC components in the last 20 years... I go there every time to check for deals and never get disappointed.
I recently assembled a desktop PC for my daughter and bought 2/3 the components from Newegg and everything was top notch. I haven't had issues with anything I've ever bought. Delivery was late only one time with one day (from a 3rd party re-seller), but I was notified in advance.
10/10 would recommend without a doubt and will always check them when I need PC components or electronics...

Good price on my 5800X3D and got the product on time

Newegg has a great selection at great prices and they’re not Amazon. Bonus.

Newegg sent me a defective monitor and a 15 day return window. The day I received it, I found out it was defective and applied for a return label. I was given it but then my grandmother fell seriously ill out of state. I traveled there and she passed away. Of course then we had a funeral. The return label expired the night I got back home. I called the next morning to get an exception and explained the circumstance. Newegg denied an exception to even extend the return label by a day. They do not care about life circumstances and said it's the manufacturer's problem now. I don't trust the manufacturer's product now and don't want the monitor though. What an insane return window. Anything to make a dollar nowadays. Stick with Amazon or Best Buy - their return policies are much better.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Aaaand if they didn’t have a trade in policy for computer hardware I wouldn’t have been able to upgrade. Big ups for that

i've given them a few chances now, and my delivery was marked delivered but never showed up, to be real, and I'm still waiting for a human to reply to my email. Would think twice before using again.

Newegg always delivers good gear at competitive prices. Returns are rarely necessary, but are handled smoothly. My ONLY gripe is w their Newegg APP, which no longer supports a LANDSCAPE view for use on TABLET.

My packages still haven't shown up.. maybe Amazon spoiled us but man the shipping service is dreadful..

Edit... You know what I'm sorry and I'm very grateful for the service 🙏 I hope that the delays in the train delay didn't cause any accident for the curriours and everyone involved.

Correct product, packaged well, shipped as scheduled.

Newegg asymmetrically filters out negative reviews. Positive reviews seem to be posted immediately with no scrutiny. Negative reviews will be blocked based for highly subjective or just plain arbitrary reasons. This just encourages shady and unscrupulous sellers, who seem to be over represented on Newegg.

Total scam. I bought a pen from Newegg. It had a photo of a box of pens. I paid almost 18 dollars and instead of the box of 12 pens, I received a single pen. A one dollar pen and I paid 18 dollars.

I reached out to support twice. Asking to return. They said that the listing says that they do not have to do returns or replacements as it says so on the listing.

Probably because this is a common scam.

I bought a motherboard from New Egg. It was shipped quickly and arrived in pristine condition. They sent a video to help me with some of the installation. I will definitely buy from them again.

I've been buying products from Newegg.com for a very long time. Well over 15 years now I think. They usually have the best prices and product selection, and they ship things fast. Whenever I need something computer related, they're usually the first website I look up.
