WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I ordered a curtain pole from this company on 21st April - after a couple of weeks I began chasing the delivery as it had not arrived. They kept saying that they would chase it and get back to me - which they never did. I finally sent them at least six emails saying "cancel the order", and they sent my pole to me yesterday (13th May) together with an email response to my "cancel the order" email

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and the lack of clear updates while the delivery was being investigated, we understand how disappointing that is. This is not the experience we aim to provide.
Regarding the cancellation request, once an order has been handed over to the courier and is marked as in transit, we’re no longer able to stop delivery, which is why the order continued to you once it reached that stage. This should, however, have been communicated more clearly and promptly, and we apologise that it wasn’t.
Your comments have been reviewed internally as feedback on communication and follow-up, which we take seriously. If the order has since been returned or you’d like us to review the outcome again, we’d be happy to do so.

I ordered a full set of blinds for my 1 bedroom flat.
I ordered a full set of six blinds from New Edge Blinds, ranging in size from 55cm to 150cm. All arrived in excellent condition and were very easy to fit into recess window openings. I opted for the PVC option for the more affordable price, and I must say they’re well worth it—great quality for the money. Communication throughout was excellent, and the delivery service was both prompt and friendly. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience.

Great blind kit which included everything needed. Great price too. Did not receive dispatch email as stated in order confirmation, so was not aware when to expect delivery. However, arrived after 9 days. Would recommend New Edge Blinds.

I was most impressed with the level of customer service when I ordered ceiling fix curtain track.
Initially, the sample I requested arrived within two days. Then when I Had a technical question the phone was Answered promptly and my question was answered via email two hours later.
Ordering the Track was easy Via the website And when the track arrived, it was extremely good quality and well packaged.

The blind they sent was 2cm short. Messaged their customer services and 8 days on I've heard absolutely nothing.

Smooth running track and great service
The metal track with plastic sliders glides very smoothly, even with thick blackout curtains that are the maximum length (therefore, quite heavy).
2.4m wide track, so came in 2 parts. Sadly, the assembly instructions, which were in pretty small print, were not easy to follow and it took me a few goes to get it right joining them and making sure the magnetic sliders were in the middle etc.
I wanted to order extra sliders but forgot to add them to the order. Phoned up a few mins later and they were very helpful and sorted it very quickly for me. Delivery was a little slow but not bad. Overall pretty pleased and would use them again.
