I recently had the most wonderful experience shopping at Newcraftday for a stamped cross stitch kit. From the moment I landed on their website, I was captivated by the array of beautiful designs they had to offer.

What truly sets Newcraftday apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. When my kit suffered unexpected water damage after I started it, I reached out to their support team, and they responded promptly and with utmost courtesy. To my delight, they went above and beyond by providing me with an electronic pattern copy, ensuring I could still complete my project.

The quality of the cross stitch kit itself was outstanding. The materials were of top-notch quality, and the stamped pattern was clear and precise, making my stitching experience a breeze.

In addition to their top-quality products and excellent customer service, I also appreciated the user-friendly website layout and the ease of navigating through their selection.

Overall, Newcraftday has exceeded my expectations in every way. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and the remarkable assistance I received. I highly recommend this website to anyone in search of high-quality cross stitch kits and outstanding customer support. Thank you, Newcraftday, for making my crafting journey so enjoyable!
As a passionate cross stitcher, I recommend their products and customer service 100%!!

Very good service and communication. The charts were very clear and well stamped. The fabric is not overly stiff - very easy to use.

I sent an email regarding my order and they responded overnight. They explained some of the order was out of stock delaying the postage time, but they offered to bump up the postage time and ask the warehouse to make mine the first to be posted within the next few days. I feel confident that they will do what they say they will do.
