I ordered flowers that cost me R980. What was received was the complete opposite of what was displayed on the website. Not only did the flowers arrive wilted and almost dead, but they also did NOT have any of the accompanying flowers that are displayed in the image and the description on the site.
This order was placed on the 22nd of March. It is now 18 DAYS LATER and I still haven't received even an acknowledgement of my complaint and refund demand.
SHOCKING SERVICE - DO NOT BUY FROM NETFLORIST.
They absolutely have ZERO customer service and clearly do not give a sh*t about the quality of flowers they deliver. This is false advertising, and if they do not refund me, I will make more noise than they have ever seen.
I am a Leader in the Marketing field, and I know exactly where to hit them!
I am now escalating this to the CGSO and the ARB for a breach of the Consumer Protection Act regarding false advertising.

I am so grateful that Netflorist exists! The delivery was dropped off on the expected date with no problems at all! My dad turned 70 and due to the Middle East war and not being able to travel home for his special day I’m glad that my family and I could make it some what special for him. Thank you Netflorist, your amazing!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed the order on Thursday morning for delivery Thursday 02/04/2026, which did not happen as the driver phoned the recipient to confirm delivery. When asked what the order number is, she told the driver to hang on for her to get the number whereupon he just put the phone down. The delivery was rescheduled to Tuesday 07/04/2026, which once again did not happen. The delivery only took place on Wednesday morning, 08/04/2026. I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received from NetFlorist, and will never make use of them again!
The website is so easy to use and the personalized gifts are amazing !!
I love how easy it is to navigate the website, and I especially loved the personalized gift and how you can choose your delivery dates, making purchasing for special occasions like birthdays stress free!
The only downside is paying a delivery fee for each item purchased. I purchased three items at the same time for delivery on the same date to the same address and yet i had to pay a delivery fee for each item!

NetFlorist, I’m so disappointed in the service as of late.
My gift was short delivered last year, however I gave you the benefit of the doubt and used your services for a special birthday last week. It was to be delivered on 2 April. It was only delivered today. No communication from your team. No one available to assist me. Five days late. Not even a courtesy gift, refund - just, it is what it is.
So sad that this is the type of experience from such a loved brand.

I had a truly disappointing experience with NetFlorist. Our order never arrived, and the entire process was incredibly frustrating.
The contact centre was unhelpful and unable to provide any clarity on where our order was or when it would arrive. We received no meaningful updates, which made the situation even more stressful.
The 12-hour delivery window is also completely impractical — it makes it impossible to plan your day or ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
This was meant to be a special and thoughtful surprise, but instead it turned into a ruined experience.
Unfortunately, I won’t be using NetFlorist again. Very disappointing.
