I ordered in the morning and it was delivered same day in the afternoon. Iv given 3 stars only cause I don't know the state it arrived in, if the recipient says all good then I will up my rating score.

Its not the 1st time that I have ordered with Netflorist but this time I was left disappointed. My order was not delivered on the assigned date.

I had placed an order to be delivered for our Wedding Anniversary. I contacted netflorist on the day of delivery via whatsapp and was guaranteed that my order will be delivered by the end of the day. The order was not delivered.

I contacted netflorist the next day via whatsapp again and was told they couldn't deliver because the courier company didn't come to my area on the delivery day. Then why was it advertised on your website that delivery was possible for that respective day??

The agent then however was able to get them to deliver the next day and appreciate the service provided. In addition the agent advised that I will be credited with the delivery fee, however, I am still waiting on that to reflect on my account.

It will be greatly appreciated if Netflorist can verify delivery dates before publishing them on the website so we know what we can and cannot order. This was highly misleading and disappointing that the order was not delivered on our big day and was delivered a day later.

The delivery was fast and the items in good condition. It definitely served its purpose of making the day a whole lot better for the recipient as I had hoped. I will definitely be a recurring customer from now going forward. Thanks Netflorist 😌

Very bad experience I still havent received the gift since friday the 27th of March. I keep on receiving emails that says it was signed for and delivered but the gift was never received I also contacted a lot of times everytime they tell me it will be deliverd the next day.

Delivery was efficient. I had a last minute order. Netflorist came through. The packaging was stunning too. Very happy I used Netflorist. Will definitely use them again

The delivery and the tulips were amazing , however the printing on the cup was bad . The writing was printed poorly and the whole name could not be seen because it was printed on the white part of the cup. The name is faded and skew. If the printing can improve that will be amazing!!!!!!! Other than that 100%

I am so disappointed. I received an incomplete order . There is no available support on a public holiday when most deliveries should be done . There is no response on their so called 24hr service line .Shocking 😳 service . An incomplete order and a full payment taken . I ordered a hamper with the bunny bear and got only the towel 😫😫😫😫😠😠😠😠😠
