Neoxpad 

Ordered something from Neoxpad, no confirmation email, no products delivered. Not able to contact them. Then, within days of my purchase Venus Corner attempts to take money out but my bank stops it as fraudulent and even more troubling IVI-smiles.com start taking out weekly transactions and foreign currency exchange. The bank changed my card and refunded my money but within 2 days IVI-smiles had accessed the details of the new card and started taking payments again.This company had set up a repeat subscription using my debit card and had quite legitimately requested my bank give them details. The bank has now issued me with another new debit card, refunded the money and has put a block on IVI-smiles requesting details to reset up the subscription for 13months. If they ask after 13th months the bank can legit say no as no subscription has been paid for over 12months.
Don't put yourself through it.

Scam website. Ordered a blender never got confirmation. Never turned up. Company do not reply. Phone number does not exist. Avoid

DO NOT PURCHASE! Fraudulent website.
Made a purchase for a product on their website, no delivery of item, telephone number cuts off and no response to emails. I then received multiple fraudulent transactions on my bank account using the details I entered on their site so have raised this with the police and the bank with a fraud claim in the hopes to get them shut down. DO NOT TRUST.

SCAM. Looks like a genuine site but I think has now been removed as i reported it to Action Fraud. Ordered an air cooler and realised pretty quickly that no confirmation was received. Payment taken and then a further currency conversion fee. Reported to bank and then realised a further unauthorised charge was pending. Bank informed but payment still taken. Total loss around £170. Closed bank accounts and opened new one. Hoping to get money back from bank as it should be covered through visa payment scheme, will find out in next few days.

SCAM!!
The website is a scam, from the reviews below it seems like it sells different things regularly! Water pumps, hammocks, walking sticks, etc.
After the transaction, I never received a confirmation email about my order. And the website is not available anymore!!!
I have reported them to my bank immediately.

I thought something was wrong when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. As far as I’m aware they haven’t taken anymore money out however I’ve gone to contact them today and it’s saying the website is no longer available. Hopefully something can be done about this scam site!

I ordered a remote control car for my sons birthday. No confirmation email after payment- this was the first red flag. I contacted them- didn’t reply- second red flag. I then started looking at reviews which I wish I had done before ordering! I then realised an international fee appear on my bank account! I rang my bank immediately had to cancel my bank card as they had my details. The phone number on the website isn’t working. The address is just a block of offices in London.

However, today I received my money back into my account with the international fee. I don’t know if my bank forced this or what happened but pleased I’m no longer out of pocket.

Same as everyone else’s is saying although I have received emails regarding a refund maybe because I told them that they were scamming me a OAP out of my money and not delivering my walking stick offered on the website difficulties with their tracking system so they were saying but I’m not impressed with the customer service especially to older Pensioners

I had my doubts from the second I placed the order. Not only have I been charged extra for the item I paid for, but they have also taken out a subscription fee for another site without my knowledge, and I can confirm that I did not check any boxes for terms and conditions as there wasn’t an option to. 
Both payments from my account were taken from the company VENUS CORNER.

The website is a scam… ordered air con unit.. paid.. no confirmation email.. emailed no reply.. phoned and number doesn’t exist.. payment in bank gone to a totally different name and overcharged! Please do not use this site it’s a scam

I would give it no stars if I could! They are scamers, they took my money and still not received anything so I tried to phone them but the number on the website doesn't work so I emailed them and I had no reply. I could kick myself for falling for it

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Just to confirm what others have already stated, No confirmation of order placed, No tracking number given, No response to emails and to add insult to injury, They have double charged me this morning !!! Definately scammers, give a wide Birth. I have now contacted my Bank to see if I can get refunded ?

I tried ordering the coffee machine on their website. When I entered my credit card details the transaction didn't go through, then within seconds my bank called regarding fraudulent activity on my card. I used the contact form on Neoxpad's website to ask for an explanation but no reply. They look like scammers to me.
