Update Sept 26 2025:
Received my withdrawals - woke up to have an approval email in my inbox and paid out same day. Look, not great to wait so long, but I had received two withdrawals before this no problem. Was I skeptical and thought it was a scam? Yes. Shouldn't wait so long, but the wins were good compared to other casinos. And in the end, I received some chunky withdrawals and I appreciate this. Have changed my stars to reflect my positive experience in the end even though I contacted the casino twice per day.

Update: still no withdrawal processed after 14 business days.

I loved this casino. Until 9 business days ago. I’ve just completed my 9th business day without my withdrawal. I have 3 withdrawals waiting for a total of $2750 and I get the same excuse every time that it’s still processing. The answer slightly changed in that they found “an error” and now they’ve sent me a snippet of the T&Cs about having the right to take longer to verify my identity even though they don’t need any identity documents. I’m verified and have withdrawn twice before right after the 3 business days it says it takes for bank withdrawals. Now, going on my 10th business day. I’m super disappointed - I would have played on this casino a ton more and for a long time and now I may never see my withdrawal. So for now, 1 star. Very disappointed.

Update: still no withdrawal processed after 12th business day. I have three withdrawals waiting and I check with the live chat twice a day. My three deposits were initiated on Sept 4th, 5th and 11th. Their T&Cs say after three business days which has happened fine before - 3 business days and then it’s in my account on the 4th day. The same reasons are given that they have a high volume of withdrawal requests and mine is still in the queue to be processed - still not approved or anything. Just waiting. No other info.
