Excellent prices, fast delivery and great service from their staff. My sheets arrived in just three days. I compared their prices with similar companies but NIS came out tops

Exceptional driver experience!!!
The staff I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable. I was kept advised of the progress of my order and best of all the delivery driver was brilliant ensuring that I received the insulation despite 2 cars obstructing his path.

New Loft Insulation
I called to ask for advice on insulating my loft. I have an old house so distance between joists is different to modern houses. I also asked about optim thickness.
Once I had given measurements the rep worked out how many rolls I needed.
Insulation rolls received a few days later as ordered.
Advice & delivery was perfect.
Excellent service all round.

They pull out the stops
My second large purchase had issues with sourcing. Kelly called to discuss the difficulty, she listened and she found a way to get the delivery to me, a little later than booked, but in exactly the timescale I needed to keep my build going. Great problem serving and great customer care. Kelly take a bow :-)
