Great tailored advice + action
Spoke to a human straight away, who gave me great tailored and expert advice. And made it all happen too. In spite of multiple re-orders (we'd incorrectly estimated the quantity) so we now have a beautifully insulated roof. Thanks guys!

I placed an order for £3300 worth of…
I placed an order for £3300 worth of Rockwool. I entered in the details of the address and it offered free delivery. They took my money. The next day I was called and told they cant deliver to my address in a lorry (even though lorries come here all the time, its a farm) and said I would have to pay £150 delivery per van load and they said I need 3 vans. Now I cant order with another company because im waiting for a refund..... At no point before taking my money did they say there would be additional delivery charges for my address, or that they wont be able to deliver to that address if I had know any of this information before ordering I would have used another company
Update= Just spoke to the director on the phone. He was polite but said there isnt anything he can do. They are unable to refund or give me a day I will receive a refund other than a maximum of 5 days. He offered that I wait for the refund up to 5 days, then they deliver to the end of the road and then pay them back again once it's on its way.
I suggested to the director that if you run an online shop then you should be able to deliver the materials advertised for the price advertised once you have all the products and address information. if there is a chance you cant, then you should not be taking online orders and instead offering a quote before taking the money. I believe it's unacceptable to take the money first and then work out if you can provide the service. This is unfair if the refund process involves them holding the money for multiple days.
Update=, just spoke to them on the phone. they told me it will be 3-5 days for a refund.

Excellent service
Placed my order online, delivered within a few days, there was a slight mix up with the order but it was rectified within 24 hours, communication from Kelly was excellent.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Hi, let down by a local supplier and needed insulation for the weekend. Phoned the guys and spoke to Lewis. Sorted it all out, sent me customised invoice, paid and insulation turned up before on the Friday. Great service and would recommend using this company.

Better than expected
Bought loft lights, expecting basic workshop fittings, but they were cleverly designed, well made and look great. All worked from a movement sensor, as soon as you stick your head into the roof!

Price good product in good new condition ,not all foam board insulation is but this was very un dented and corners untouched ✅

One blip ,no contact for delivery time arrangement ,so just turned up ,problem was that the customer is truly ill and wife
Up against it ,so disruption was the result ,6 8x4 125 mm in hallway
I’d did complain and co rang within the hour to apologise and give future options for me and also them to stop this type of rushed business happening
So ok ,that’s good and also good to have on site quick but yes a sensitive household and I was told to wait for delivery date which I was

As explained during our telephone conversation, a notes box is available at the checkout stage for customers to include any delivery instructions, such as requesting a call prior to delivery.
In this instance, our supplier was able to deliver the order sooner than anticipated, which is usually welcomed! As no information was provided at the time of ordering to indicate that this was a sensitive household or that special delivery arrangements were required, the delivery was carried out as standard.
Upon receipt of your email, we contacted you promptly to explain the situation and to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
