delivered promptly. Would have been nice to be informed that they were being delivered on the day they came, without them just turning up. Could have been out.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback!
We're glad to hear the delivery was prompt, but we apologise for not providing advance notice on the delivery day. Usually, you would receive an email with your expected delivery date a few days prior, however, we have been experiencing technical issues this past week, but I can assure you these have now been fixed.
Your input helps us make our service better, so thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Hi Louise and Nigel,
We’re glad to hear that the delivery team was helpful and friendly. We apologise for the confusion regarding the delivery date. We are usually very strict on being able to provide an exact delivery date for our customers. But, unfortunately, on this one-off occasion, there was a delay with the confirmation from our supplier, which impacted our ability to provide an accurate delivery date a few days beforehand. Rest assured, we always aim to deliver within the expected 3-5 working day delivery time for Celotex.
We’re always taking steps to ensure smoother communication in the future. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to improve and serve you a 5-star service next time!

Terrible company
I ordered PIR insulation boards and was given a delivery date. I booked a weekend off work to complete a project and needed the boards but they never turned up. I was given a BS excuse that their cowboy, third party supplier they used was having vehicle problems and the boards eventually arrived towo days later causing me a massive inconvenience and financial cost. I won't use this company again.

Besvarelse fra National Insulation Supplies
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery of your PIR insulation boards. Unfortunately, as we work with large business third-party suppliers, this situation was out of our direct control. I fully understand how frustrating it must have been, particularly as you had taken time off work to complete your project.
We were not made aware of the delivery issue until around 4pm on Friday. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, the supplier was closing for the weekend, which meant we were unable to arrange a re-delivery on the same day.
However... We take great pride in our 5-star service and we were not satisfied with this late delivery so we attempted to arrange a courier to deliver an alternative from a different supplier of ours, the very next day. We completely understand yourself as the customer, who did not want to accept this alternative.
We are still a relatively new, small, and expanding family-run business so please be rest assured that we are constantly reviewing our processes with our suppliers to ensure better communication and service in the future.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience!
Helpful team and speedy delivery

Great all round service.
I initially wanted a particular type of insulation. I called the service number and the gentleman explained that the product was not suitable. His suggestion was much better and cheaper. Delivery was quick and easy. I will be ordering a second delivery shortly. Thanks team.
