Went with a friend on the overnight…
Went with a friend on the overnight mystery trip. Coach great, nice clean and comfortable. Couldn't fault the driver.
Ended up in Scarborough. Terrible hotel. Not too clean, evening meal was awful. Decent breakfast.
Worst bed I've ever slept in so uncomfortable.
I definitely wouldn't do one of these trips again and risk having to spend another night in that dreadful hotel.

We enjoyed our mystery weekend. Staying in Whitby for the afternoon then on to Scarborough for the evening and the next day.

Not a great experience
Driver Owen was great but sadly it was Whitby and Scarborough yet again. They keep advertising pick up from Fosse Park but the last twice have moved this to Leicester city centre. This may not seem a big deal but with 5am pick up, no buses, all ncp car parks closed down and not all taxis willing to pick up so early this causes difficulties as we hd to get to Fosse Park anyway. Unfortunately customer service is non existent. Hotel and driver good but that was it.

Very polite person.However my first telephone contact was a little difficult to understand.It would be helpful if there were clearer guidelines re pick up and arrival home times.Othetewise a good experience especially with my second booking telephone call.I would have appreciated an offer of paper documentation.Not everyone can see phone screens well enough for this kind of thing.

Mystery Tour Shenanagins
The company I travelled with. The cost and the pick ups well organised.
The hotel was run down as expected, which is a great shame as it is a magnificent building with a fabulous view from the dining room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The beds were the most uncomfortable I have experienced in many years.

2nd day was cut short and only had 2 hours in York. I've been on a mystery trip to Scarborough and York before but not had this little amount of time on the 2nd day.
