Horrible

Customer service is not knowledgeable and rude.I filed a dispute in regards to fraudulent charges. They never sent me the paperwork and just denied it. They have been of no assistance during this time and basically just let someone steal my money and due to their incompetence denied it. I will be pulling all my funds from this account and closing the account. I work too hard to have no assistance with fraudulent activity

Wisely made a replacement card change &…

Wisely made a replacement card change & then added a digital wallet card. I went to access the digital wallet card per usual it works right away. This time it isn’t. they took about $2 & some change out of my account. I went to transfer all the money in my account & it said account invalid. how ? If I’ve been using it for almost 2 years. what I think happened was they seen how much money I have in my account & are trying to rob me blind. because why haven’t I received a solution in 3 hours ??? They keep telling me oh just wait for 1-3 hours for your digital card to work I’m like so why does my WHOLE ACCOUNT not work. them not knowing we have a ADP place here and I will be heading there if I don’t get my money out by today. It keeps saying the same thing & customer service keeps telling me wait but I’ve waited the 3 hours. still no solution. You’re definitely not keeping my money that’s for sure WISELY

Looks like no Christmas this year

My employer uses this card to pay me. It seems like daily pay would be wonderful, and it would be if I could access my own money. But no, apparently in order to access my money I have to be a hacker. Two weeks in and my account was hacked. I called customer service and received next to no help. They sent me a link to send my identification documents to, but I had to ask multiple times for security measures such as locking my card and my online account, as the only English phrase they seem to know how to say is "it will take up to two business days to process". (BTW, this happened Thursday evening so I have to wait through the whole weekend without access to my money). Actually, it takes an indeterminate amount of time because apparently my documents weren't sufficient enough to prove I am who I say I am. Maybe I should take a hacking test and they'll let me in? So now I have to send MORE documents in and wait ANOTHER two days before I can find out whether the peace offering appeases the Wisely gods. The worst part? It's freaking DECEMBER 9TH as of writing this and I can't buy Christmas for my kids until I can access my money. If you are an employer considering using this card for your employees, I urge you to not. If your employees can't access their money, they won't be your employees long.

Fraud scam

On December 1, I received an email notification that my profile had been updated. When I checked my account, I saw that my payroll deposit and about $250 already in my account were being transferred to an account that isn't mines. I contacted Wisely immediately, and they locked my card and account. They asked me to upload my ID and social security card and said they would send dispute paperwork and give me a temporary credit. I've called several times for updates, but the investigation is still ongoing. When my online access was reopened on December 5, I noticed the email on my account had been changed to one that isn't mines. Even though I reported it, the email has not been corrected, and I still haven't received the dispute paperwork. From other reviews this is common with this company. They lie never send the paperwork and deny your claim.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They make transferring my money a headache and errors were done on their behalf that delayed my funds even longer. System is not functioning good at all.

Someone tried to use my card and they…

Someone tried to use my card and they caught it kudos to them. Then they disabled my card and sent me another card I peer transferred to my wife so fraud Dept
Locked her card. It’s Easter we have about 1500 between us in our accounts that never one of us can not get to including my direct deposit…I have been a loyal customer and I can’t get MY MONEY

A horrible scam

A horrible scam. I found fraudulent charges twice and they admit I don't have an account and still refuse to refund the charges. I have never downloaded any app from them, have no account and there is no way to cancel or remove my bank details.

Do NOT use Wisely!

Do NOT use Wisely!! Customer service is horrible, don't even deserve 1 star! Had fraudulent charges, spent 2 months filling paperwork out and talking to them. They won't reverse the charges and won't let me speak with anyone that can explain why? Canceled my direct deposit thru ADP asap! They will steal your money and tell you to have a nice day.

10 years and we got screwed

We used MyWisely thru ADP for almost 10 years. We had several instances where our account was hacked. We never had a issue with them reimbursement until this year. Our card had to be replaced 5 times within a few months for it being hacked. One time I only had my card a week and it was hacked again
I had only used my card twice and not online either. I hadn't even saved it to my phone yet. This last time I was hacked for $700, 2 $100 & 10 $50 transaction from Uber. We live in a rural area of East Texas and Uber want even come out here. We can't even have food delivered where we live. My Wisely denied our claim. No reason no explanation. To dispute the denial we have to mail (not email) a letter asking for their reason for denial and to dispute their decision. This company is a joke. They used to be ok when we first started with them but the last few years has been horrible. Please beware and use any other form of banking if possible

This company sucks ass

This company sucks ass. Never had an issue with them until today I woke up, had almost 300 dollars of unauthorized transactions. Called and the customer service representative was rude. I try explain them my issue and they just ignored me. Told me I have to wait for a dispute to be place. I had a second card that wasn’t even scam but they wipe that out too. I have 19 left on my card and I can’t get it off until I get a new card. Very frustrated with MyWisley

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, employees lack knowledge in regards to card services. Request a freeze on my card due to misplacing it and they locked my card. Then the supervisor provided misinformation and cancelled card leaving me stranded in North Carolina with out money or food or shelter. Then without a request they escalated issue to an escalation team they cannot reach. And a 48 hour wait. In the meantine, im without money, food or shelter. All since 11/8/25 and still no resolution. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely Terrible
They shipped my card to the wrong address and in order to update your address you have to wait TWO days for some odd reason meanwhile Chase bank allows you to do it same day and then on top of that you have to wait additional FOURTEEN DAYS to receive your card. You can't even access your account unless you have the card. Called customer service and with greeted with associates that have a strong accent and makes it so difficult to understand what they are saying

Very very very horrible company!!

Very very very horrible company!!! Just don’t if you want your money. First of all it takes 3/4 calls to even get a card mailed to you then when trying to activate the card it’s not found. Plus many failed calls to customer service with no help and the same ol run around. Representatives claiming to be supervisors and still can’t use the card after they activate it many times on the phone

my whole paycheck on the card they didn’t verify my documents in time because my w2 didn’t have my full social on it now i have to wait till monday and i have 0 dollars no gas money or money for food it’s really frustrating i gave them government issued documents that should be enough .

This company is a scammer

This company is a scammer. I have a baby today. I have $2000 in my card and now telling me damn my information. As a five year customer. Do not get these people as a bank. They are scammers. I just have a baby tonight. I need money to buy their equipment and now I have to wait two days to buy my baby supplies they are scammers don’t get this company. They fawk suck. I have my lawyer working on my case to suit the fawk out of them.

Be Wise DON'T USE WISELY

Well I have been a Wisely card holder for over 10 years and all of a sudden I can not log into my account which was set up to read my biometrics. Now all of a sudden biometrics is turned off and I can only access my account balance through calling their 800 number. I have talked to customer service and they keep insisting I give them a copy of my SSN which I am not gonna do, I gave them a valid drivers license and a valid Veterans Administration card who in their right mind is running around giving people their SSN? As a customer there is no way I should have to keep getting the run around by people that are not in this country and certainly there is enough scams in the world that you would be crazy to readily give them a copy of your SSN. I am going to stop the madness and get off the crazy train. Wisely has lost me as a customer I rather deposit my money to chime or cashapp I deleted the App and I am considering legal action against them. Their system is broke and no one can fix it

I have been in the phone since Friday…

I have been in the phone since Friday 9/18 about a payment I was supposed to receive. I was told the 1st card was to be issued by My employer but I discontinued work with them by the time I was to receive that card so why send it to a card I hadn't activated? I tried to set one up through the mobile app as well as speaking to a person directly and they stated to wait for a specific card to com in the mail. I waited for that card in the mail and they sent the deposit to the 2nd card that I coincidentally shredded because it wasn't the right one! Now that I received the 3rd one there is a 0 account balance and I am still without funds and now I have to wait another 2-3 days for another card to come that will supposedly have My balance that I was supposed to have last Friday! I would not recommend this card company to any individual or company at all ever. All of the customer service reps ive spoken with were of minimal help amd made it seem like I was the issue and not their company!
