Across the GCC, airlines and travel agencies are supporting stranded passengers during this difficult situation ( WAR). Unfortunately, Mytickets appears to be doing the opposite by refusing a refund for a flight that was cancelled due to the war situation, which was completely beyond the passenger’s control.

Worst response ever . Please dont book from this site ever.
This was not a voluntary cancellation from my side. I was stranded in Riyadh, incurred additional hotel expenses, and had to travel back to the UAE by bus after a long and exhausting journey.

According to the information available in the system, the flight operated with minor changes and was not cancelled. Therefore, the circumstances mentioned in your review do not apply to your booked flight date.

According to the airline’s fare rules, your tickets are non-refundable.

Poor costumer support

PNR: CLSXU0PS

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced regarding my booking (PNR: CLSXU0PS).

For several days, I attempted to contact customer support through phone calls and emails concerning a minor issue involving a missing last name on my ticket. Despite the urgency of my upcoming travel date, I received no meaningful response, no proper assistance, and no timely support. The complete lack of communication during such a time-sensitive matter was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Because the issue was not resolved and my departure date was approaching, I was forced to cancel my ticket and purchase a new one to avoid travel complications. This resulted in additional financial loss and unnecessary stress, all due to the absence of responsive customer support for what should have been a simple correction.

I have submitted a refund request and expect it to be processed promptly and in full. Given the circumstances and the failure to provide adequate assistance, I believe a fair and timely refund is the minimum appropriate resolution.

I sincerely hope the company reviews its customer support system to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations.

Regarding your request to change passenger details submitted on 1 March, it was reviewed and processed by our team on 1 March. Unfortunately, the airline does not allow this type of change, so we were unable to apply the correction.

As for the refund request you submitted today, it was also processed by our team today. Your request has been successfully handled, and our response has already been sent to the buyer’s email address.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through mytickets.ae.

I requested a refund almost a month ago after the airline rerouted my flights due to the geopolitical situation in Iran. Because of the new route, I had to cancel the trip. This was not a last-minute change, it was due to circumstances outside my control.

Since submitting the refund request, I’ve received no real progress or clear answer. Each time I contact support, I’m told to “wait” first it could take a week, then two weeks, then up to months. There has been no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.

What made the situation even more frustrating is that I asked them to cancel my return ticket a full week before the flight. Despite this, the ticket was never cancelled and I even received a check-in email. When I contacted them, they simply said they don’t know what happened, which is unacceptable, as cancelling the booking was their responsibility.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Cheap prices don’t mean much if customer service disappears when you need help.

I would not recommend booking through them.

Your refund request was successfully reviewed and processed on our side, and we have already submitted the official refund request to the airline. At this stage, we are waiting for the airline’s authorization. Due to technical and procedural restrictions, we are not able to finalize the refund (or issue the payment back) until the airline confirms and authorizes the refund request.

Delayed Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my cancelled flight with booking ID JTLG5MCX scheduled for 19/12/2025. The airline cancelled the flight due to bad weather, which I completely understand. However, it has now been over two months and I still have not received my refund.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were not satisfactory. On one occasion, a customer service representative even disconnected the call without giving me a proper explanation. I was honestly shocked by this unprofessional behavior.

Today, I was informed that my refund will be credited within 10 business days. After waiting this long and receiving unclear communication, it is difficult to feel confident that this timeline will be followed.

The delay in processing refunds and the poor customer service experience have been very frustrating. Customers deserve clear communication, respectful treatment, and timely resolutions especially when the cancellation was not their fault.

I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service standards and refund process so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

The delay occurred because we had to wait for the airline’s internal settlement (mutual reconciliation) for the tickets before we were technically able to complete the refund on our side.

We confirm that the full refund has been processed by us today, 24 February 2026. In most cases, the funds are credited back to the purchaser’s account within 1–3 business banking days, depending on the bank and payment system.

وهو أن التطبيق أعطاني أرخص الجوزات، ولكن عند إتمام العملية وإدخال البيانات تفاجأت أن عملية الدفع عبر فيزا ومدى وابل باي ب ١٢٣ ريال
ولم يبين ذلك قبل البدء بالخطوات، ثم لما أتممت الشراء احتسب علي مبلغ إضافي رسوم ٣٦ ريال فأصبح المجموع ١٥٠ ريال،
المفترض يبين ذلك مسبقا قبل البدء بالخطوات وضياع الوقت في التعبئة.
وكذلك البنوك تأخذ ٣٦ ريال على عملية الدفع لهذه الشركة، فهي في الحقيقة ليست رخيصة

تجربة سيئة لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم.

QEBYOFSZ - No refund for a flight delayed for one day- Scammer alert

My flight was delayed for a day (one day) they offered cancel and refund option. So I cancelled it and book directly to an airline company. guess what? Nothing. No refund. Just several emails they have no intention to cheat and that they are only a third party and that they are doing their best to process my request. Nothing until now. You won’t get your money back! So dont be stingy and book directly from airlines and not use these third party scammers

Poor Customer Support

I have purchased a ticket, I paid additional amount to reserve a specific seat for me, they purchased a ticket for me from the airline but they haven't purchased that seat for me. I contacted their staff and trying to explain them the situation but they are insisting that they will reserve the seat 24 hours before the flight which is strange because if someone else purchase that seat before that what they will do? As I have paid for that seat in advance, they should reserve that for me immediately because they have received the amount against that service.

The worst

The worst, we booked via the website for an urgent flight, then we paid. later they sent us an Email that we can't afford the price as it's been changed!! This is after they took the money. Their Email & Phone is not responding; it seems fake.
But the good thing is that they've refunded the amount.
