Hidden fees and charges. Convenience fees and text message fees doubled the standard pay as you go rate for parking. Dishonest practices hidden behind terms and conditions.

Parked up at 2.32pm. App offered either 2hrs or 5hrs so I went for 5hrs. I then get a text to say my parking ends at 6pm! I've paid for 5hrs and they give me 3hrs 28m WTAF??
How on earth can this even be legal? No warnings on the app.
It really is theft.
This is the 2nd time I've used RingGo…
This is the 2nd time I've used RingGo and been subscribed to 2 different companies (beauty care, videos) without my permission and had a charge made on my card. What's more, the parking charge was not completed and so I received a £100 fine the first time. They are a useless bunch of scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

App doesn't work, website work, helpline doesn't work, AI bot sends you round in circles. No human to talk to. Will I have to fight a £100 fine or are they hoping I'll just pay up and they get £95 free for being useless? Totally stressful. Absolutely rubbish company with NO customer service.
Do they care? Not a jot I suspect.

No stars! I could not pay, the system is utterly infuriating. I was going to park in Perth, and then take my family for lunch and go to the Perth Playhouse Cinema. We ended up driving to Dundee for a late lunch/dinner and the cinema there, because we could park. We spent an hour trying to pay using the mobile but it would not work. Horrendous system. Perth Council have really let local businesses down by contracting Ring go for the whole town.

Every time I am forced to use the ringgo website it tells me I need to reset my password, cue having to mess about with texts and new passwords, sometimes that works first time sometimes I go to use my new password and it starts again, and is so slow and clunky, it’s exasperating. Had to use it at Rufford Abbey in Nottinghamshire today and there is barely any internet coverage there, whoever thought it was a good idea to use that with barely any internet coverage….. it was £4 when they had a human collecting charges as you drove in (also providing an income for an actual person) and since moving to ringgo it’s £7! Rip off.

That's too many stars. Can't access my account, re verified this three times, reset password twice and even driven to the next car park along. Still can't sign in, even after re registration. The phone number listed on the car park signage just comes up as number unobtainable. Utterly unfit for purpose.
Doesn't work, this time and every time.
This time and every time, I can't log in, I can't recover my RingGo account, I can't go forwards, I can't go backwards. This has happened numerous times with this app. I can't set up a new account because my email and phone no are still associated with my unrecoverable old account. No better than a scam.

App before, this useless company wouldn’t let me pay by phone or app. All very stressful with an important appointment. I would complain to them directly but can only imagine what a shambles that process would be.

I would actually like to leave no stars. I have a blue badge and parked in university Street under Camden Council with RingGo. I paid for two hours and by law one of my hours should’ve been free. RingGo have no way of speaking to a person only by email. I was visiting my mother as an emergency in the hospital and as my two hours were running out I was only given the option to pay for a third which I had to do, I emailed Ringo to ask for an hours Rebate and they have Flatly refused. I understand from colleagues in the hospital but RingGo is the only app that causes everybody problems and I believe this to be a fraud. Ringo will not refund money nor can you speak to anybody to ask any questions. Please try to avoid using these people under all costs, it is a con

I attempted to request a refund, but the process was extremely difficult. It feels as though the app is either intentionally designed to make refunds hard to access, or there are significant issues with how the team has developed and designed the refund experience...which one is it??
Their AI live chat service is a complete waste of time. Painfully long wait process to speak to a human.

Payment machine out of order, APP not working properly, no-one to phone on a weekend. Chatbox less than helpful. Feels like they are making life difficult so we are sent a fine. Very different experience than the happy couple on their website. Parked our car since is the car park right by the theatre. Happy to pay the £5 but nothing more.

I accidentally paid twice for the same parking session. I requested a refund (enquiry ID 48339531) but never received a reply from RingGo..AVOID
Utterly Pathetic
Tried to set up the Ringo app a full 48 hours before driving across the country to Dover. Selected the car park, tried to set up an account, got told my phone number was already in use and that was that. Couldn’t set it up. Utterly pathetic!
