Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Not fit for purpose! Tried to pay at location 24903 and made at least six phone calls to 02030460060 attempting to pay whilst at the site. Every time the voice recognition failed to recognise a very well known make of car or the colour and reverted to the start of the menu.
Retrospective payment is allowed on their website, so I attempted to do this on returning home, only to discover that you need to register or download an app.
Reluctantly attempted to register and this failed!
All of this was to pay a parking fee of £1 at a woodland site, where a simple honesty box used to suffice.
A complaint will be made to Lancashire County Council who operate the site. Ruined what should have been a pleasant day.
Not sure I will use this app again
I’ve been using the app on a few occasions before. I’m now getting the message that my session has expired and there is nothing that I tried that managed to fix it. Tried a new password. Tried to reinstall the app. I managed to login on my home computer, but not on my phone which is of course what you need if you are on the road.
In addition to this, my wife’s account was hacked in the pastwith people accessing her account.
Very frustrating experience, which makes me hesitant to use again.

With so many bad reviews I'm not sure why RingGo are still allowed to trade. Parking at one of their car parks is frustrating and time-consuming. Our friends couldn't get an internet signal to use their app, so I used the phone number to register both cars. The automated response was unable to recognise 'Skoda' and we went round in so many circles. Surely technology can come up with something better than this. How elderly people are supposed to cope, I do not know. I will not be parking in one of their car parks again.
Zero customer support, impossible to get legitimate refund. Sneaky pricing.
I've used this app a lot because the car park by my building uses it, but its a disaster:
1. No customer support.
2. Every refund option redirects to a page say "you can call the car park operator" which of course never connects to anything real. Literally they added a page with 8 options, that all redirect to the same "get lost" page.
3. Their tiers are 4 hours, 7 hours, 24 hours, intentionally making 8 hours (a working day) not possible.
4. No coordination with operators. I booked my parking ahead today, and then was turned away at the gate, and of course can't get a refund.
One star is too many

They literally couldn't care less about fixing this pathetic so called app which is often the only method remaining to pay for parking. It's been broken all week. If I gave my honest opinion of how crap ringgo is I'd probably be banned from trustpilot for abusive language. It literally doesn't get any worse than these clowns.

Ring DO NOT go
Pay machine difficult to use. It is as if it is designed to not let you use cash. The option for overnight difficult to find. Fact that payments are due 24/7 ( unlike nearby M to Sat and free 6pm to 8am )was not obvious- had to look closely. A queue formed as everyone was slow to use machine. We all swapped stories of how been ripped off( expensive charge if v slightly over time. If wrong reg entered letter o instead of zero. Missing character as did not push hard enough etc) need to go thru process 5-10 times as machine does not allow touch screen so see price you want/ need but unable to scroll to this and need to start again. Make more mistakes due to frustration and growing queue behind you. Let people behind in … but they are the same as me. Find machine difficult and needed 3-4 attempts to get to correct payment!!!!! I hate Ringo. They also do not advertise car park is operated before entry and camera recognition. Look for sign that says ok to exit with in short time and no charge … but beware… people in q had been charged for doing this. Check ahead for which car parks are Ringo before go to new town so you can avoid Ringo car parks. You’ll enjoy your time better without this hassle to park

I will never use again. Machine and app down and some how that’s the customers fault.

Awful system. We paid. £20 to park and got a parking ticket. The directions to " pay at the machine across the road" actually meant pay at the machine down the road and round the corner out of sight. Awful system. We couldn't pay cash as the machine was out of order for cash. We'll tell as many people as possible!
Avoid using the Ringo Parking App
Avoid using the Ringo Parking App. Their admin charge is a rip off. Saxon Square in Chistchurch charges £1.50 for 2 hours. Ringo charges £1.90.
Complete rubbish App and forced me to pay twice for parking
Complete rubbish App. I used it in a Council car park and at the end of the interaction, when I had clicked "pay now", I got a message back "An error has occurred". Hmm. So off I went to a machine and bought a paper ticket.
Some hours later I checked my emails and saw that Ring Go had processed my payment and started the parking session - so I had paid twice for the parking.
I contacted them requesting a refund but so far they are trying to dodge their responsibility.

This app is complete rubbish
This app is rubbish. My businees paerner told me our premises alarm had ben triggered so I rushed down to see what had happened (we've been burgled twice and flooded out by Thames Water) So as you can imagine fighting morning rush hour traffic and feeling very stressed did'nt put me in a calm frame of mind. Amazingly I found a space outside our business three pay to park bays (£6.00 per hour!!!)I tried to park but the Ringo App told me my old card was expired and then wouldnt let me enter a new card. It just kept blanking whatever numbers I keyed in. So now I had to essentially risk getting a ticket (I live in Camden in London where we have swarms of private contractors giving out tickets like confetti so it was bound to happen) Strangely on the corner of where my business is, is their parking companys wardens office, so I rang the doorbell and got a complete moron who said he couldnt help in any way even though I showed him the app wasnt working he just didn't care (he was a supervisor too) Parking in London is just a scam by Councils and Private parking contractors to rip us off and make our lives a misery and Ringo adds to that misery every day.

If there was 0 stars I would give it that. Very possibly a scam. What a terrible app. We tried many times and with many different people to register for an account. We never got sent a verification code. Through email and SMS. We then called them to try to get it set up and it made us repeat information multiple times and when it got to the end it would make us restart. Without this we have had to pay multiple parking tickets of up to 60 dollars. Our group was very convinced that they make it impossible for us to use the app to force us to pay these ridiculous parking tickets. An absolute piece of crap app and company.

I have been £10 instead of 1.50 for 1hr and besides am happy paying £1.50 for the time I stayed however I only wanted to stay for 1 hr less then 1hr but I was charged £10 instead of £1.50 please refund me the rest.

I just got charge twice for the same…
I just got charge twice for the same parking session via the app and so I thought it would be as simple as going to the app and requesting a refund. They can see I have been charged for the same time period at the same location twice, so it should be easy to request a refund, it should be automatic. However I need to email my local council to request a refund because your app messed up. My local council are about as responsive as a dead badger.
More expensive and less time…
Not only it is more expensive than parking on street that they remove at least 10 seconds from each session
