Response was very quick
Response was very quick, price was keen. Installation was carried out on time, stairs were left clean. Operation of lift was explained well. We are very pleased with the lift and the work done. Paper work has been slow in coming through and is our only criticism.

Dissapointed
During initial visit a good range of options of both new and reconditioned stair lifts were offered. Advice given on best option for our circumstances and time frame. However instillation was not on day initially planned and when they arrived said that stair lift would not fit in space available without moving furniture despite sales rep measuring and taking photos during his visit.
Update - following a change of circumstances we have tried to contact the company but despite talking to customer services 4 times over 9 days are still waiting for them to get back to us as promised on each occasion.

We are sorry that the installation date changed from the original planned appointment. We appreciate that this can be frustrating, and we always aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Regarding the installation, our survey process is designed to identify the best stairlift solution for each individual staircase and property. Occasionally, when our installation team attends, they may identify practical considerations on the day that need to be addressed to ensure the stairlift can be installed safely and correctly. In this instance, this included the available space and the positioning of furniture.
We appreciate your comments regarding the communication between the survey and installation stages and will use this feedback to review our process.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call us and we would be happy to talk through your concerns and see how we can assist.
Everyone is sceptical of sales people…
Everyone is sceptical of sales people but Keith was genuinely sympathetic and understanding of my Wife’s situation. He went into great detail over the product he was recommending and did a detailed survey. I was happy to pay a refundable deposit based on Keith’s and the company’s apparent commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
