Fast, fair and friendly
With fair and unbiased advice from Henry (sales) without any pressure, installation was quickly arranged. Installation carried out by Charlie and was fast and mess-free. Charlie’s subsequent demonstration was clear and delivered at a pace mum could understand. She now feels that she has got her freedom back! All round excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Very straightforward told us lots of info we didn't know explained the best solution for our circumstances and at a fairly reasonable price.

My 90 year old father had this shambles of a company to fit him a stairlift on 14/5/2026 since then it has been broken more than working! Their “engineers” have been out twice and put new batteries on for it to stop working again! The third time an independent engineer came out who has no connections to the company and it wasn’t anything to do with the batteries it was the charger that wasn’t compatible to the circuit board (when he told the company they didn’t even know what a circuit board was!!) the engineer also picked up other issues with the stairlift! This company’s customer service is shocking! They are dealing mostly with the elderly & disabled and that is worrying! Still not happy so I’m going to trading standards!

My advice is stay clear!

6 days later no contact from the company and still need repairs, parts & paperwork! Looks like I’m taking the legal route!

It was our first purchase of a stair lift so I contacted MyMobilityUK. Within 24hrs Chris Hewson came and gave us a full description of everything. Lovely guy.He was excellent in explaining everything and answered all our queries and concerns. Really happy with his presentation, installation was next day. Brilliant , definitely thumbs up to MymobilityUK.

We had a survey carried out by Julie…
We had a survey carried out by Julie yesterday for the fitting of a suitable stairlift for our elderly mother
I have to say that we were put at ease from the beginning with her friendly and client centered approach. Other companies had been to give us a quote but we were put off by their hard sell and lack of warmth, one company salesperson didn't even ask mum her name!
From the first phonecall I made to My Mobility we were made to feel valued and respected as a customer and that carried through when we had the survey done by Julie.
Julie took time to establish what my mum needed and which stairlift would be most suited.
Needless to say they have our custom, mum is looking forward to her new stairlift and the independence it will give her.
