Professional and polite.
The salesman visited our house and explained everything about the company and the relevant products available, even showing a few videos to make things clearer. He surveyed the staircase area and then showed quotes for three options we had selected.
All this was followed up by emailed and a polite telephone call. We took a few days to make a decision but when we did, the installation date offered was very acceptable and the installing engineer arrived, fitted the stairlift and after demos and trial runs, the whole project was finalised.

My mobility team were very helpful and super fast when I rang for advice and quote
Steve called 2days later and give us a choice of lift to suite our needs and offered us a very good deal and lift was fitted 5 days later.
The Engineer was ver polite and kept my home tidy and explained how to use chair lift . We were offered a pre used lift only 6 months old at a very good price ,I would highly recommend my Mobility Uk

Fantastic trustworthy company. Chris was fantastic both with product knowledge and kindness shown to my elderly Mom. Didn’t try and oversell me something I didn’t need but listened to my needs and provided a good price and being fitted within a week. Can’t recommend enough.

Apalling customer service and faulty…
Apalling customer service and faulty items.
Within 9 months of purchase the chair lift has broken down twice, customer service don't bother calling back and its now stuck in the middle of the stairs and nobody is able to utilise the stairs fully. Surely disability comes first, and should the be too priority if there is a breakdown. It's been 2 days since its been reported and we're still waiting for a call back.
