Myler Disability need to be closed down Brad Myler have some of the most incompetent fake lawyers working for him so that speaks low volume of him they don’t care about their clients all they want is money for the work they don’t do you have to do all the work and when you call them they are extremely rude and unprofessional the BBB need to investigate them as well as the Social security office need to come on there website and read the reviews horrible law office

I agree with the person who said that Myler is a WORSE. I been with them for 2yrs . They don't tell me anything about my case. I haven't heard from Myler in months, I have to do all of the leg work on my case, all they wanted is money to file reports, copies and so forth I could go on and on, but, why? When I spoke to SSDI they told me I had the WORSE Attorney .They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the person who said that Myler is a scam. My wife has been with them for 2 1/2 years. They don't tell her anything about her case. 30 minutes before her hearing they finally got a hold of her, needless to say she lost her case, She hasn't heard from Myler for months, She had to do all of the leg work on her case, all they wanted was money to file reports, copies and so forth I could go on and on, but, why? They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

I hired Myler disabilty because they called me and that was it. They sounded really good. Since then, they demanded me to go to doctors and to get my reports myself and keep on reporting to them. When I called them, they were unprofessional and liars. Young people would pick up the phone and lied about laws and almost everything because I found the correct answers from SSA. I got frustrated for their ignorance and not helping because here I am desperate
for help because I am very ill but they would make fun of me and insulted me. I complained but they never changed. So I lost my case because they didn't do anything . I did all the work myself and I was in touch with SSA daily.They are scam and fake. I sent an email that I don't want to sit back and I appeal to get ssdi. The girl that was assigned to help me, instead she made fun of me and lied over and over. None of them has any name.

When I called to appeal, she said, I am not helping you. And another woman without name answered and said go ahead and do it yourself. She gave me the wrong number for social security to apeal myself. And she said, you will not get any ssdi. It has been 11/2 years, they have done nothing but being invisible and abusive. Obviously Myler disabilty is a huge scam. I want them to not touch a penny of me or I will sue them. They are unknown. I read reviews from other clients, they have scammed many people. They could be anyone from any part of the world scamming people.

I am adding more. After reading my review about them, a man called me and told me that I am a liar and asked me to delete my reviews review about them and they will help me with anything. But he told me that I will be denied again. Since then i called them several times and sent them emails to send me a formal letter that you will not help me with the appeal. They lied over and over that they have already sent the letter two weeks ago on friday and they blocked me from calling them and from email. I and the SSA office have been waiting for their letter. So I sent them another email from a different email address and cced SSA asking them to send the letter. And I provided them SSA's fax number and my address. Finally yesterday on 08/06/2021 I got their letter by email and saying that they will get their fees. I will sue them if they touch my money. They are invisible and scam without any names. The man that called me, had no clue about anything specially about my illnesses, bankruptcy, jobs, tax issues and income. Now he knows because I told him over the phone. Now all of sudden they have names and they know me..lol

They lied to me didn't contact me when I was denied as they promised. Then Sue called a month later and told me we had to put a lawyer on my case I told her I found one,she then charged me for their lawyer when I never agreed to anything so when I received disability she took his fee out of my back pay. Lying fraudulent workers, I would never reccomend them and wish I'd never called them.

Most incompetent set of attorneys ever!!! They do nothing to assist you and dont even speak during hearings. PLEASE PLEASE go elsewhere if you want results!!!!

The absolute worst law firm - totally unprepared to represent clients until the NIGHT before my case - submitted incorrect forms in my case.. sloppy work

If I could rate zero I would. If I knew back in 2019 what I now know I wouldn’t have used them.
Let me start with in the beginning they are great, but that ends really fast. My husband hired them in July 2019, to assist with his case. He has lots of medical issues, & the team was consistent with staying on him to complete paperwork.
He passed on Sept, 1 2019, and once I contacted them to inform them they stayed in my w grieving wife, & mother about completing paperwork so they could continue the case. Once I completed that paperwork it was dead silence- never heard from them unless I called them. Social security contacted me for everything they needed, medical records, signatures death certificate, marriage certificate, I PROVIDED IT ALL, NOT ONCE DID ANYONE FROM MYLER CONTACT ME TO HELP WITH THIS.
AUG 2020, I RECEIVED A CALL THAT HIS CASE WAS APPROVED. This was a Sat. I had just had surgery, I waited 10 days & no one from Myer called. I called them to inform that the case was approved.months passed until we were near end of Jan 2021. I called every 2-3 weeks for update, I was told “ we received our payment but it’s 1.5 hour hold to talk to Social Security and we don’t have that time to wait. WHAT??? TO ME I HEARD WE WERE PAID SO SCREW THE FAMILY. Several calls, several times asking they follow up with me, but I have to call them only to be told we have no answer for you,
Please tell me what did you do to earn $6000 bcs I submitted paperwork, I called and had medical record’s from hospital to be sent to SSI.
No one has ever called me back the only time I ever receive any information, IS IF I CALL. They have received money but have done nothing.

I signed up with myler I'm still waiting for my decision I believe it going to happen

They are rude and do not care to help just want they're 20%. I have been approved and waiting 7 months and they just keep telling me to wait.I have called and apparently my case worker could give a $$$$. The most rude person I've ever dealt with. I would suggest anyone but Myler!

These guys suck!!!! A friend of mine had Myler disability and they didn’t do anything and dropped him because they didn’t have enough evidence.....yeah whatever they didn’t do their job at all!!!!! I don’t recommend this firm at all!!!! 🤬🤬

They are horrible. I been through two cases with them and both were denied. going on 6 years.

I signed on with Myler in August 2017 sent in all requsted medical history and went to my court review in San Bernardino June 2019 had a so called Lawyer represent me before Judge. Then received letter of denial of my benefits weeks later. Then in 2020 my case was closed because I was told there are no attorneys available in my state of California who could no longer help me. I was led on for 3 years now with continued health concerns and pain. Im very disappointed with this company. Beware citizens.

I would recommend Myler Disability, they always answer phone and if not they get right back too you. They got me my Disability even though I am 49 yrs old. So yeah give them a try

Myler is a call center! They harass you to sign and NOT DATE a new contract allowing them an additional undisclosed amount of money above the 25% allowed by law. It's like signing a blank check.

They do not pick up the phone, returns calls or reply to emails. I hired them over a year ago and they still have not requested any of my medical records. No one there knows what's my medical condition.

Some time ago my claim was set for trial and they will not assign me an attorney. Several weeks after SSA set a hearing date for me Myler sent me a letter stating they've requested a hearing & it will be about 12 months for a hearing date to be set.

I've had to instruct them throughout this journey what they need to do, and now they refuse to do literally anything at all. Myler Disability is a sham that ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. If you sign that contract allowing them more money and your claim is denied you still owe them money they have not worked for.

Their site claims all their advocates are attorneys, I've never encountered an attorney less qualified than this place. All their heads together can't get it right! I happened to drive by their office and saw their large sign 'hiring representatives'. REPS IN A CALL CENTER ARE NOT ATTORNEYS!

Thank you Myler Disability for winning my case since you guys got aboard everything just ran nice and smooth I would recommend your firm a million times thanks again. Dont settle for less pick Myler Disability there the best.

Not a bad word to say about my experience with this firm. After being denied twice before. They stuck by me thru everything. They helped me all the way through starting with my appeal all the way through my hearing before a judge which turned in to a phone hearing because of the pandemic. Once I was approved(finally) they didn’t stop there. They made sure I had my Medicare all set up and hooked me up with a supplemental insurance. I can’t thank them enough.

They are a great team to work with they work hard to help you awesome people to work with and thanks again I will let people know about you guys 5 star all the way
