You first think you're in good hands later to find out not, l had one attorney tell me to say l drink at hearing, should have known better. My case went to federal court for another hearing took 2yrs after another ALJ Margaret denied favor in 2021 looking over persuasive info from therapy Thigpen violation of my rights. My hearing with ALJ Willis was favorable last year but Mylers Trajectory didn't tell me, so this year in May Shane Jackson attorney sent electronically email for me to sign throwing out federal court level ideal asking Be POA with other stuff saying he will get me my social security. I didn't get SSDI just SSI after have 40 work credit working since 16 last job in 2018 after working 26 yrs for FedEx. In my mind I thought it was a conflict of interest since AlJ worked for FedEx too once l was fired twice from injuries and lies. Keep in mind I have medical records from 10yrs ago up to the last seven yrs with hypertension stage 2, DDD, scoliosis, mycardio heart disease, chronic condition immobility carpal tunnel, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, CKD, diabetic, CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar delusional hallucination nightmares paranoia glaucoma sciatic nerve psychosis, ADHD and some. They did not send out my decesion to address instead address from six yrs ago and they know my current address. I asked several of times to send results had file a report to SSA about l know they fumble the ball the case manager didn't do her job never give information l needed just pieces keep me in a loop. God don't like ugh l asked him to take care of all demons in spiritual warfare fighting against my entitledment after working hard over the years from workplace injuries, accident's and some. Left with mental, physical, emotional distress and etc from people. Mylers/Trajectory is Not trustworthy💅🏽✝️🦬 💔😭🙌🏽👥

I didn't have to lift a finger, they did it all for me. It didn't take long at all, it was right at my 90 day mark. They contacted me every step of the way, so I didn't have to sit around & worry about what was going on. It been since February 2018,I really needed it! Thank God for you Myler!!!

Don't ever use this place save your time and energy and go somewhere else. they are no help you hear from them once a yr if you are lucky. They was no help I been fighting disability since 2020 with myler it is now 2024! I have got nowhere and now they stopped representing me after being denied several times and I have several things they fall under disability guidelines. They do not communicate they only email you, you don't no what is going on 99% of the time I will never use this place again we went to court they lost they are just not helpful but if you win they want a big chunk of your claim they are a joke!

I did most the work n I did get my money and they took their cut, 2 years later I found out I got my ex husbands sis n they took a cut out of it. When I called to ask y they said I owed them the money for it!! I requested my bill n file n was denied!! They had no right to take a cut cause the case was already closed n they didn’t help me get that money I did it on my own but they still took a couple grand!!!!

Been with them for 2 years. I got all my records, they did nothing. When my hearing came up Susan Fox told me not to say my vision is so bad but to say I have other problems that caused my disability. The judge said that there wasn't enough information for him to make a judgement. Where did all my medical records go??? There were over 200 pages. Myler is now Trajector Disability did nothing, had a lawyer that wasn't keeping me informed especially since I talked to her for 5 minutes total right before my hearing. Then is going to lie to the judge about my Disability problems. The judge was very aware and he said his advice is stop the hearing and reapply later. I did. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

Myler took my case in 2019. In 2021 they dropped my case saying they couldn't help me. I got help from someone else and was approved in 2024. Myler is charging me over $7000 after they dropped me.

People need to remember this! But for me they are a Great company! When I first applied 5 years ago I had a private attorney and a doctor that was backing me 100% and was DENIED! Thankfully I found Mylar Disability....who got me APPROVED through an appeal with an ALJ hearing within a year. VERY THANKFUL.

They were in it for the money. I did All the work, they got to sit and play games on their phone. TEAM 3.i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISABILITY OFFICE TO ANYONE

Im very happy with Myler disability. They were with me the entire time. Yes it took time but i expected that. I talked with Brad a few times. A pleasant gentleman. I hot ssdi but not ssi. Was curious to know if i could apply for that again in the future

MylerTrajectory is the lowest of the lowest. They never turned in my paperwork on time. Filled out things wrong. Lost the case every time for years.

I WAS ALSO TOLD THEY ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR BAD LAWYERS LIKE THESE.

I fired them finally. Social security made me aware that are not doing anything and they helped with paper work and my brother did as well. I win the case the first time.

Although they don’t represent me they had put they don’t waive the pay. Now even the I won the case myself with SSA helping me fill out the paperwork they won’t a big portion of my pay.

I cannot thank the entire team at Myler enough. I tried to get my disability for over 3 years.I was trying to find a way to show them that I was unable to work enough for the required amount of credits because of the mental issues i have had all my life.I was unable to get medical treatment for most of the time due to a lack of money. Then I came to the point that my physical health would no longer allow me to work the few jobs I had been able to retain.I was jobless and homeless and getting no help from anyone including the state! I got a phone call one day and the person asked if I would accept help from them to get my disability approved.I laughed and said sure because if they could do it then that would make them miracle workers.I was stunned at how understanding,kind,and helpful they all were.I was kept informed of everything that was going on and if I was having a lack of faith or feeling depressed there was always someone on the phone to encourage me and assure me that we were going to win.I am so happy to say that we did in fact win. Myler went above and beyond helping me track down doctors in other states I have seen and stuck in there until I got approved and received my back pay.I was further surprised to discover that they took less than the amount I expected from me for all the wonderful work they did and the time they spent.I continue to recommend them to anyone I hear saying that they are trying to get their disability approved.I will continue to do that until I can no longer talk. May God continue to bless the people who work at Myler so they can continue to bless those who need their help.

This company is the worst I've ever seen , they do no work at all , but have you do all the work for them. Their attorney Susan Fox is a total joke, she is never prepared for her hearrings and she seems to be intimidated by her judge. They were not ready or prepared for anything and at the last minutes she's begging the judge to switch tactics, seriously Mrs Fox? Is trajectory gonna tell me too that your no longer their???? CLOWNS!!!!!

This review has been long overdue.I’m not sure why so many negative reviews are being posted. maybe the client wasn’t patient enough or didn’t submit things that needed to be submitted in a timely manner. I would recommend Myler everyone that’s trying to receive disability. My son got diagnosed with a few medical conditions in 2003 I was trying to apply for disability On my own but I just kept getting denied. My sister who also went through Myler for her son got approved and told me to contact them. I contacted Myler 2010 it took a few years for me to receive it because also with them I got denied as well. Myler did not give up on me the notified me I when wasn’t approved and and they also let me know that they were submitting an appeal I did not have to do anything. anyway to make a long story short my son was approved for disability and back pay in 2019 although he didn’t receive the Backpay from 2004 but he did receive it from 2010 thru 2019 I would recommend Myler to anyone.

I waited 5 years for my disability and got denied then I changed to myler disability and got my disability in 6 months they did a awesome job and I would recommend them to everyone thank you myler disability

I went to court on April 24th 2020 over the phone, instead of physical presence, which I was really looking forward to because it would have given the judge a clear picture of my medical state. After 10yrs. of waiting for court through appeals, I went to court with an unfamiliar representative. In less than 20mins. I only received 2yrs. because my attorney didn't stand up for me. 13 medications, 2 pending back surgeries, 2 fresh foot surgeries, 0 work history since 2007, and Covid kicking in full swing, and they withheld 60K of money I worked for, earned, and had every right to. The cherry on top was when I got $70 bill from myler disability for medical records they had to retain. How do you retain something that was already mailed to you personally by me. I look at my 4 grandchildren and tear up because 60K could've changed our lives. Now I see how attorneys do so well for themselves. It's literally from the blood and skin of clients. I could never recommend anyone use their services. It's very sad to say, but this is my reality everyday that I wake up now. So, needless to say, I've been struggling month to month. Stimulus checks came and went. PPP Loans were taken advantage of. Some situations were straight up fraud, but they gave away that money. It's different when the money is yours, but are prevented from receiving it by people that are already doing well, and live a lucrative lifestyle. Sad, Sad, Sad!!!

Keep it 💯 trajector disability is a (((lawyer))).. that specializes in disability. I hired them a little bit back and at first I thought they was going to suck. it's like I had to do everything get my records get all kind of other stuff just seems like thay wasn't doing S#!t. I'll be for real my name is Jason Moore I live in North Carolina and this company is not a rock skipping a jump away but whenever I email them they get back to you whenever I call them they give me my answers and keep it real I'm still going through the claim but so far this company has been damn good they can only go as fast as you let them if they need documents or anything you got to get it you got to sign it ASAP they can't do it all 50/50. Let's just say if you call them today they win you're disability case tomorrow they don't make no money so just like anybody else you know what the deal is I recommend this company to anybody and I haven't even worn my case yet keep up the good work fellas and ladies I really do appreciate y'all because If I wuz 2do it by myself it will take a LOT LOT(longer) thank you...

God bless you. Myler disability failed to report my income when submitting my case so therefore their attorneys fees were the maximum of the $6000 instead of the 25%. Now I have been paying back payments for the last two years and I still owe $1000, so in total I have paid back $7000 when I’m finish paying. My attorney’s name was Susan Fox. And I understand she’s no longer with the company however, I haven’t received any of my money back. God bless you and have a very blessed day.

I reported this company to Social security Fraud line today after many warnings to them.

They kept lying giving me bad legal advice. They kept trying to say I had to apply for SSI (simultaneously) if I wanted SSDI.

I confirmed this was bad legal advice by speaking to multiple other disability lawyers. It IS possible to apply for ONLY the SSDI without attaching SSI.

They made a huge hassle to not withdraw their fee when I had them removed from my case. Finally after getting SSA involved they appear to have withdrawn completely

When you are profiting off of the sick/ill, how do you become menacing and harassing. They bullied me on several occasions with threats to close my case because they felt my address and contact info changed. They jump to conclusions with the threats. At times never calling to see if you are alright. Or to thank you for the money they continue to steal from us. We are disabled, we took the steps to receive help How dare you think you can stop anything and that we owe you something..THIEVES..Always finding a way to take from others the American Way for centuries off of OTHERS backs they profit...Horrible ENTITY.

Ok to start with, my case has gone on for 5 years. I was denied three times and then they sent my case to Olinsky law group as Olinsky handles federal appeals (I think that is what it was anyway) I won my appeal, so the case went back to Mylar now Trajector disability, I had to do two more exams on my physical and mental disabilities. In the last decision from the judge, the psychiatrist agreed with all my diagnoses, but then said I was not disabled mentally. There were copious amounts of paperwork. The third denial stated that I was mentally disabled, but not physically. In winning my appeal, I went back to the same AJ as I did before. Well, in the midst of this, I was getting so tired of waiting and being broke all the time and rarely hearing from the attorney, I actually thought it was over as they very seldom contacted me. I left messages and once in a while I would actually talk to someone or get a callback. This was few and far between. In light of this, I was getting discouraged. I was offered a job, a good-paying job, and took it. Well, my issues such as anxiety and PTSD caused me to lose this job. I was fired for too many accidents that I had, due to my anxiety. It was a driving job, and I was just nervous and anxious driving, so I kept backing into things. In the last accident I totaled their van. I understand why they fired me though. So I called Trajector and told them what happened. Molly the lady I talked to most said it would not be an issue as I was fired due to what is wrong with me. I was like, ok, believing I had a good chance. I had the job for six months. I was fired in January of 2022. I was kept waiting and hanging on until I got the final word from the judge. I had my hearing with him on Jaunuary 6th of 2023. It was a year since I was fired. I was denied, because of the job I got fired from. I had gainful employment for 7 months. In other words, Trajector left me hanging for a year because I was told it would be okay because of why I lost my job. Also, in reading what the judge said the things I said were misconstrued. Social security has doctors that rush you through the exams and say things in their reports that are taken completely out of context. Despite what some of these reviews are saying, I kept in contact with them, I kept them updated. I hardly heard from them at all. The attorney took a week to call me back after my unfavorable decision to go over next steps, Um the only next step is starting over. The kicker is that if I apply for Social Security and win eventually, they are allowed to take some of my back payment, even if they are not my attorney at the time.
