I contacted Myler Disability and within 8 months I was awarded. Of course was denied the first time but I have never heard of anyone anywhere winning on first try. They took care of everything, all I had to do is see a State Doctor once. Never even saw a courtroom.

Fantastic, won my case.

In 2017 I seen the social security judge to say that age 55 I would get my my back pay at age 60 and the social security system has not showed this I'm a disabled vet and I'm only living off my disability just lost my wife last year you did not I have not been I get dependent here from my wife but I do not get anything from that and I work I am getting disability from the VA

Suck they sent me many letters that had other people's personal info.an never gathered my medical records after 2 years dealing with them is a sure way off being denied. After 2 yrs never spoke to the same person twice. I did all the foot work.

I contacted Trajector to file a SSA Disability claim in June 2022. I was denied due to not enough work credits. Being that this was all I asked their assistance with and the lack of correspondence with them, I thought our business was over. I have since been submitting my own medical info in myself. Skip to October 2022, out of the blue I receive a random email asking for an update on my current doctors and everything. I'm scratching my head because for one I haven't heard anything from these people since June and I'm wondering why they're asking for my updated medical information. So I contact them and ask what the heck is going on because I thought my business with them was done. I had received not one letter in the mail from them, nor email since June 2022. They informed me that they're still working on my case and I'm asking what case because what I hired you guys for had been denied months ago and if you applied for anything else, I should have be told about it. My phone number changed a couple of months ago and I did not contact them with a new number because I thought to my dealings with them were done. But they knew it wasn't, my home address didn't change nor did my email address, why wasn't I contacted? Why was the last letter I received from them or email back in June? Their attitude about the whole situation is very nonchalant and I have talked to two different people. I told them that if they can't communicate with their clients then I don't want them representing me because I've been doing everything on my own. They act as if they don't even care about the people that they represent or pretend to represent. I said I want a new team because they act like they don't care and not staying in contact clients is not okay. Was told I couldn't do that so I requested to end my business with them. Got the run a round about needing to speak to a supervisor for that and of course the supervise isn't available. I want to be done with them!

I was so upset and disappointed with this firm. I was denied, they appealed and right before my date for hearing in front of a judge, they withdrew their representation of me. Left me high and dry. I still do not have an attorney and had to attend the hearing alone. Luckily I was able to ask for postponement so that I can continue to obtain representation. Nobody wants to take my case because it's so close to the hearing date. So frustrating. This is my livlihood we're talking about. I feel they just don't care!

👎🏾Who takes over a persons life after a horrific incident and hold out on the proceedings or let whoever do whatever to someone and constantly take money from the bank to include incompetence? Don’t ever go thru this disability. If you are said to be unable to work for years; not given the back pay money from the years and or the incident. In the least pay the persons bills so they are not constantly harassed! It becomes very mental and inhumane.

The worst place to go for help.
I applied for disability in 2018 after getting denied I went to this terrible company for guidance and support.after waiting a year for my court date and appeal they sent a lawyer that I met 10 minutes before court.
Very stressful! Anyway she did nothing in the hearing to support my case.not a word.
Let the advocate and judge talk with no rebuttal.
Lost my appeal!
DON'T hire these hacks.
Enter my current lawyer ,still fighting in June 2022.
Appealing to federal court got my case to be reheard by another judge .
The Court was pretty much ran by my lawyer.
Making my case with everything and all my issues.
10days later I got notification that I had won my disability and approved.
Take my advice the cases this place Myler Disability takes on are slam dunks to win.
The other cases that need a real advocate to help you win.
They don't even try!
The lawyer gets the same amount of money as these hacks and only if they win!
Get a real lawyer you won't have to wait 4 years!

Deceptive Business Practices, Tax Evasion in Georgia, and Corruption to defraud Clients and Taxpayers. I egregiously suffered by Myler Disability Law Firm that misrepresented themselves as otherwise: ▪Wire Fraud, ▪Malfeasance Malpractices to damaged and harmed me as their Client, ▪Fraudulent Inducement, ▪intentionally built up their payout to the maximum▪ nor did the Attorney prepare me for SSA Appeal Hearing. I DISCOVERED after the fact, that Myler Disability is headquartered in UT; but was not Registered in the state of Georgia when they manipulated me into a "Fraudulent Induced Contract" in 2017. Myler's Attorney attempted to manipulate me and coerced me to unlawfully Consent to Fabricated Diagnoses documented in my Medical Records. MOTIVE: Aiding and abetting RICO Racketeering Entrapped me as a Unknowingly Client to Co-collude and Conspirator to unlawful and Fraudulent obtain SSA Benefits- COERCED ENTRAPMENT. But I DECLINED/REFUSED TO Comply; because it is illegal to knowingly make false statements to Government Agencies, State and Federal Government Agencies, or Law Enforcement etc. Myler's Attorneys and Agents REFUSED to provide me with a copy of my Medical Records. In which I DISCOVERED after the fact, my Medical Records had been "Tampered With" by Medical Providers and intentional false statements. Myler Disability intentionally "Withful Acts" to Breached their Fraudulent Contract and Fiduciary Duties. Because my Case was extremely Complicated, Myler DISREGARDED/REFUSED my request to write Case a Brief, Submit Valid Exculpatory Evidence, and submit to the Judge to help sort out why I suffered with Complex PTSD and Depression that was tied to Witness, Co-Victim to Corporate🔗Iatrogenic willful acts to committed induced Personal Injurie that were misrepresented as natural illnesses, Criminal Malfeasance manipulated Malpractices, Medical Tortured, Hospital Acquired Fatal Infections, Concealed Personal Injuries, and Criminal Death-Murdered, and Contemporary Observation Injuries etc. All this egregiously impacted me. Myler Attorney intentionally committed "Legal Malpractices-Malfeasance" and Dereliction of Legal Malpractices-Abandonment the evening around 5:45pm; which was the day before my long awaited Judge's Appeal hearing the next morning @8:00am. I was devastated, perplexed/confused, stricken with despair- heart broken, Egregious Inflicted of Emotional Distress. But if that wasn't enough, Myler HAD NOT UPDATED nor PROVIDED the Courts with my current Medical Records, nor Case Brief; and unlawful Terminated my Attorney/Client Relationship soon after Abandonment. This was maliciously committed by Myler Disability without my knowledge, nor consent. When I contacted Myler Disability CFO to filed a GOOD FAITH Grievance Complaint and asked for an explanations, I was met with Obstruction of Justice, Defamatory Attacks, Hostility, Lies to Cover up their Legal Malpractices, and Stonewalled etc. I was Discriminated based on my Disabilities, Retaliated against, Harassed- Hostile Law Firm, and falsely accused by Myler' CFO for filing a Fraudulent Disability Claim. They were forced to REFUND me.

Was tolf if i hire another attorney they would still get something from me and they haven't done nothing not even a call every time I called I got nobody not a one email now they have all my stuff they telling me it be another 45 days just to decide make it make since

They won my claim without a hearing . With the exception of having a few forms to fill out I didn't have to do anything.

I know that I already made a review, but I would like to clear up the misconceptions.

Well it’s the same here. Yes, when we hire Trajector (Myler) they agree to take our case, & yes it is true Trajector will take on the Lion’s share.

However if we think that we don’t have anything to do on our part, we’re fooling only ourselves.

Just like the scripture, Our faith in God is only proven by our works or (How we live our lives)

So too is it with Trajector, they can ONLY successfully represent us if we work with them meaning (Any piece of material they may need us to retrieve, or any forms that need filling out).

worst attorney all they did is apply that's it I end up getting another attorney and have to pay trajectories disability 25% all they did was apply worst attorney

I had this firm for my attorney they made me believe they was going to stick in there until the end in the beginning they was helpful but after about a month things changed and time went on I had to contact them to see where my case was and where we went from there sometimes I could reach them sometime I couldn't they never gave me straight answers then after a year in a half I had my hearing after the judge got done talking to me I had to call them to figure out what we did next all they said is to wait for his decision so i did wait and finally the judge sent me a letter stating that my claim was no favorable so I called my attorney to find out where or what we did next they then told me they wasn't my attorney nomore and left me hanging what kind of attorney does that I wouldn't recommend them to no one.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! In my opinion, This company benefits from making people wait because the longer they wait the more myler gets. They're 30% will be larger and on top of that they're hidden fees like a $6,000 lawyer fee and having to obtain your medical records.. I decided to do that on my own just because it seemed quicker and hopefully to save money.i have to call social security myself for updated cause myler will not call me ,And when I call them they're rude. In my opinion myler disability (now apparently trajector disability) are leeches and make their money they don't earn by taking from people's social security

Very poor service and not knowledgeable about individual claims. They will NOT give the attorney's name & number who is supposedly representing us. We know more about my husband's disability claim than they do. They withhold pertinent information from their clients. NOBODY speaks English in this office. They FINALLY told us our lawyer's name is Nicholas Huntsman- NOT. This man is COO of Mylar (now known as Trajector?) He's not even a lawyer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We've been strung along by this company for over 2 yrs now! What disability company won't give you your attorney's name and number?

So far so good,the last lawyer I had was a disgrace,went before judge in beginning of 2020,three years I waited,lawyer did not have any update medical records,2017 he was basing my disability on,and the Dallas district office covered up attempted murder,left me disabled, would help for a little help,

You all where very helpful to me during my time with you and even beyond. I was lost and in so much pain, but you where there for me every step of the way. You told me straight up that it would take a year possibly more to get my benefits, and it did it took exactly one year. You helped me when I had questions, and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time when you didn't know it right away. You told me what to expect every step of the way, and you where able to calm my fears and anxiety, about why it was taking so long to go through. So again I can not say this enough but Thank you from the bottom of my heart you where and are a God send to me.

Hi my name is James Bean Jr. It has been a year exact and I still havent got an awnser on my Disability. I had my hearing with the judge about 3-4 months ago and no awnser and the judge said that he would get it done quickly. You would think Myler would be on them to get it done but no. I am sitting here worried about my bills and worried if my kids are gonna have Christmas cause I havent got a awnser or no income coming yet. You would think Myles would wanna help more to get me my Disability so they can get paid but still nothing.

Who as I was always thinking the worst and going through a hard time re-assured me to be patient and let them handle everything
It all worked out for the best and they where right.
I highly recommend Trajector to anyone seeking help with a social security claim again thanks guys
