I used INNOVO for pelvic, floor exercises, and the device is comfortable to wear and easy to connect with the app. The guided sessions are well, explained, and I noticed a slight improvement in my bladder control after a few weeks, which was my primary reason for getting it. The unit feels solid, and the app is fairly straightforward to use.

On the other hand, the experience was not flawless. The app occasionally freezes or disconnects from the device, and the printed instructions were very basic, so I had to find additional information online. The customer service took a long time and was not very responsive. Also, the product is quite expensive for what it offers, especially if you are not sure that it will work. In general, it is a good product, but the problems with the device and the price prevent me from rating it higher than three stars.

Cannot get replacement gel pads. Innovo leg wrap now useless. Company bought out by american company!

I have purchased two pairs of these pants. I used them initially for the three months then once a week. After six months I was getting error messages and couldn’t use them. Innovo said ‘sorry about that you’ll need to purchase a new pair’. I did. The second pair I got two months and the same thing happened. Considering these pants are £300 a pair I would expect to get longer better use from them. I wouldn’t recommend them for that alone. The product although initially good are not really fit for purpose if you have to keep purchasing them. There has to be a superior product out there. Don’t buy these they’re a waste of money.

I have had to order a new pair of shorts (past the warranty) or replace at least two pairs of shorts because they didn't work after a few days. To get a replacement pair takes weeks, not days. Innovo has quality control problems. I've never gotten to 90 days to find out if it really works!

I love your product and wish I could have received it! After I placed my order I inquired about the shipment and was told that you no longer have them in stock and that the company is dissolving…. I was shocked!

If there is any way I could order again I would.

The first kit I got worked great. However, I've had problems with the replacement shorts after a few uses and I don't know why. So far, your team has not been able to figure out why, either. Nor have they told me what error code "EO 29' is. I started having trouble with this last pair of replacement shorts and thought it might be the controller. So, I bought a whole new kit. Neither controllers nor the shorts work for me this time. I get 2 to 8 numbers come up on the controller screen and nothing I do will to smooth out the contacts, works.

This company and their products are excellent. The customer and tech support are prompt and always helpful. Five weeks in and looking fwd to the results I read about.

Update 6/24: Sam from customer service emailed me with a label so I can send back this product for a full refund. 6/23: Terrible customer service! Do not buy this product! I had a problem with my product not working within two weeks of receiving it! I tried multiple times via email to contact support without ANY response! They don't take calls so you have no option but to keep emailing them. I am beyond frustrated with this company!

I ordered a replacement battery for the controller as it was not charging,unfortunately the new battery was not needed as it turned out ,that the controller was no longer working, I tried to order a new one, sadly no longer available to the UK!!!! Tried calling both your contact numbers, no longer recognised!!!! Not at all helpful so very disappointed with zero customer service.

It doesn’t work most of the time even after I take the pants off and reapply more fluid keep getting error messages

I've been trying every day to get the shorts to work. They basically don't fit and then the sensors don't let them buzz. I've never felt the buzzing that the paperwork says I should.

I purchased the kit in April 2023. I used it as directed. For two years after the 12-week treatment, I had no leaks at all. This is far superior to those impossible Kegels. It is worth every dime. I am repeating treatment now for mild symptoms, and after 2 weeks my problem is already improving. I refer friends to this product.
