Bought the helmet in 2024. Used every day for over a year, which made no difference. Asked if I could get a refund and was told I should have made a claim a month prior to the 12th months' anniversary, that's not been made very clear with regards to the return policies at the beginning. Don't buy into hype.

The Irestore team member who assisted me was Donna. She responded quickly and kept me informed of the warranty claim status. She assisted in getting me a quick resolution.

I received your product in a timely manner.

Sales person was easy to access and answered all my questions. Invoice was sent promptly with instructions. Device arrived securely packaged and as advertised. Easy to use and stores quickly in sturdy original box.

I've been using another product that took 74 minutes at three minutes per location. This does it all in ten!! With better frequency. The results are amazing. People are looking at me across the table and saying my skin looks great!!

New hair growth noticed after 3 months. Helmet stopped working, reached out to customer service. Kimberlyn helped me obtain a new helmet. Worked around my vacation plans, and kept me updated through the whole process. Very scary when an expensive product stops working, but the company stands by their product and the customer service is the best I've ever received. Thank you again Kimberlyn!!!

I just received the helmet device. The instructions were clear, and concise, and I started using it. The one thing I'd change: Instructions say you need to use it every other day for 16 weeks and thereafter as often as needed for optimal results. But there's a card that says you don't reach maximum grown until 18-24 months after you start using the thing. So, it's not clear how you'd know what results are optimal until after the 24th month. It's kind of contradictory. I'd think you would need to use the thing as instructed, at least until you're sure it has reached its maximum effectiveness, then you could taper off so long as it stays at the same level. Anyway, I'd try to harmonize these two stories.

I’m genuinely extremely disappointed with the purchasing process. I was recommended this product through a video, and after watching it, I was bombarded with nonstop ads, emails, and texts. Not only that, but the coupon I tried to apply simply didn’t work. When I complained about this, all I was offered was a mere $50 discount. To make matters worse, the helmet didn’t arrive directly at my doorstep. When I finally found the time to go and collect it, the box was in a state of disarray. And to add insult to injury i keep getting non stop messages from them.

So far so good, we’ve been using it for 3wks now to be exact, hopefully our goals will be met by your products which is to make our hair thicker and grow more. Thank you.

It is a new experience, and the CEO and the Staff are more than willing and knowledgeable about the products and how to use them. Grateful for their willingness to help "newbie" customers in the hopes of regrowing their hair.

I have been using the iRestore Elite for four days. So far it meets all my expectations. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and made of high quality materials. Only time will tell if it will improve the density and overall health of my hair, but if the first four days are any indication, I should be very pleased.

The unboxing experience was impeccable. They anticipated everything. The mask was fully charged and ready to try as soon as I received it. The instructions were easy to follow and my experience using the mask so far has been great. Highly recommend!

IRestore is a great company with fantastic high quality LED products. I bought the Helmet, then the Eye Mask, then Face Mask and now I’m waiting for the Neck & Chest to be delivered. I also bought their eyebrow and eyelash serums; they work great & are safe without prostaglandins! Every single product is TOP QUALITY, highly engineered. I have the Omnilux and Dennis Gross LED masks/devices and iRestore is far, far superior. Excellent customer service as well.

I needed extra pads as tge cap was large on my head and they responded immediately and sent them out. GREAT customer service!!!

I ordered this item on 31/01/26 the company's preferred delivery provider failed to deliver it and returned it to the vendor. Although the customer care lady was polite and tried to appear helpful she did not provide any progress for over 30 days. As of 01/04/26 I have not been refunded any of the money and the company says it could take up to 72 days for the refund to be processed. This is tantamount to theft, I have reported the issue to Mastercard.
