Went in to the bath store and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly talked me through what was wrong and fixed the problem there and then with NO charge would highly recommend this shop for any phone problem, excellent customer service many thanks Fone World for your kindness and help.

Many thanks to Aman Farhan for his help today in the camberly store, me and my partner are not very good at anything like this , .. brought a USB stick to download thousands of precious photos to make storage space on my phone , his patient polite kind help was truly appreciated , would recommend him and the store to anyone . Shocking. Bought a phone. Was told it was 128gb. It’s 64gb. And over priced by £100.

No one to speak to. Phone lines dead. And email address on your website has an error code. Shocking service. Avoid at all costs.

All the excellent reviews say it all. The 3 guys in Fone World Bath are so patient, helpful and keep to their word. My phone became locked and had to be remotely sorted by Google. They phoned me to update me twice exactly when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. They even printed my Spanish locator form for me as I had had problems accessing the website.
They were equally helpful to everyone who came into the shop while I was there. A very big THANK YOU.

Bought a phone case for my son at the Brighton store next to premier inn, opened it and realised it was damaged took it back to the store 30 mins later and was met by accusations that we had damaged it, the chap gave me a replacement that was the wrong size, when this was mentioned he thought he was doing us a favour (giving us a case we couldn’t use) he then accused my son of braking the £10 case, leaving my son upset as he had spent his pocket money on this case. Get a grip!!! Disgusting customer service, I gave my son his money back as the shop clearly have no morals or ethics.

I had great service from the Camberley store last year so I returned today to buy a screen protector and case for my new phone.
I was served by Aman who recommended the best products for me and fitted them quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic service at Fone World Cambridge - the kind you thought didn’t exist anymore. These guys really take pride in getting it right and making sure the customer is happy. Tried 3 screens for my iPad Air before found one that is compatible, put on screen protector, and even added a cover free of charge due to the delay. Tremendous. Go here and you won’t regret it.

I needed my iPhone screen replaced. I just walked in and they could do it there and then. Friendly, excellent, professional and very fast service. Would definitely recommend and will come back again.

Really great service, super speedy. My daughters XR screen broke and they replaced in half an hour same day. Also got a protector reduced thrown in. The manager even answered his mobile in the evening when I had rung intending to leave a message.

I called into your Bath store today and met your excellent team - very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They replaced a battery in my phone at a very reasonable charge and within 30 minutes.
Despite their team narrowly loosing to Australia in the T20 semi final they remained cheerful and are clearly students of the game of cricket.
I would highly recommend their service.

I had an issue with my iPhone which locked me out, so unable to use it. I went to the shop in Salisbury and the staff were brilliant. They had my iPhone working in seconds and explained what had happened.
It was a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend them

I took my daughters iPad to have a crashed screen change, and they did it quickly and back before she started school the wee after. Sadly that came loose and become a nuisance but my daughter kept it in her case until school ended… long story short I took it again explained what happend and they were super kind to replace the screen again at no extra charge. BIG thank you and TWO thumbs up. Sorry to hear about sad story, they were super kind and helpful to us.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Took my ipad into the Yeovil branch with a cracked screen, everything else working perfectly.
After picking it up after being told it was fixed, 4 days later the touch screen stopped working and it had zig zag lines all over it. Took it back to the store and they told me it was not covered under the warranty as I had dropped it in the last 6 days after having picked it up! Which I explained I had not, they would not have any of it and wanted to charge me £180 to fix my ipad and I had already paid them £220 previously for them to fix it.
I felt completely scammed , and am currently going down the legal route to claim against this company.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just been to Fone World, Camberley. No email coming into my phone or ipad. They found out that there was a problem with AOL this week so the service was down. The advice I had from Laurisa and Chloe was very reassuring, friendly and helpful. They said that if it wasn't working within a couple of days they would look into it again, plus they fitted a new memory card in to free up space on my iPad. Fantastic! I've used them before and am going to stick with them! Thanks😊😊😊

Was visiting Dorchester in December 2020. My Samsung A50 had got wet and was indicating overheating so I left it to dry. Nick, the manager of Fone World told me immediately what the problem was and quoted a price. The next day the phone was totally dead. Returned to Fone World Dorchester and arranged the repair. Now the phone is working perfectly again. Saved a lot of money by not buying a new phone. Thank goodness I tried Fone World. Thank you!
