Very kind & helpful staff.

Went in Pentagon Centre, Fone World in Chatham.
The lovely man there spent a lot of time trying to sort out a problem with my phone. Eventually came up with a solution which worked for me. This solved a stressful situation for me and I am very grateful. Thanks

Such nice people! An instant and successful fix of my phone.

Both guys are great, service with a smile with the added background knowledge of how phones operate. They transferred all my data across from two old phones to two new phones, they fitted new protectors and were helpful.
They even put up with my cheeky offers when dealing with them, the price we agreed in the end suited us both. I had good value and they were happy with the business.

Additional to the previous review. For a screen replacement they asked to pay cash “ help brother” I heard, so no tax will be paid. After I paid cash no receipt was given. After I came back with a problem there was no guarantee, because there was no receipt, but looks like they keep their record in a computer, because they were able to find previous repair.Avoid

Took phone for new charging cable. It was the charging point in the phone that was a problem. They serviced my phone and phone now charging properly. Didn’t need new charging cable. They were so efficient. Dani was very helpful.

I found Fone World in Bracknell to be extremely helpful when my Motorola broke down.

They provided me with fantastic service, they lent me a phone, kept me informed of progress, were always professional and offered great advice. Although they could not repair my phone, they charged me nothing and did not pressurise me at all to buy a phone from them. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who has phone trouble. Many thanks guys, great job and customer service

Had my phone screen repaired here for £240. Whilst the repair was quick, the repair cost me more that it would have at the EE shop however at the time this was shut. Clarified with the people in the shop about their 100 day guarantee and was rold to take a picture of the receipt and any problems to bring it back. After only a week or so the phone screen began to flicker, green lines began to appear and occasionally the phone screen would completely go and flash green only to return to normal after a few minutes. My partner filmed this happening. On returning to the shop, still within, the 100 day guarantee, we were told that the guarantee did not cover this type of malfunction after the employee looked at my phone for a good 10 minutes or so. I was told that this kind of problem occurs when too much pressure is placed on the phone ( which had not occurred). After the 10 minutes of examining my phone, it was returned to me and the screen at this point had completely gone and I was told if I wanted to speak to the manager about it not being under guarantee I could return in 15 minutes. We did return, the manager told us they could fix it at cost price which would be £140. We refused to pay this amount and all of a sudden they could do it for £70. We again refused as the phone was due an upgrade.
An all round awful service, terrible aftercare and a false advertised guarentee on their repairs! Avoid at all cost!

I had a problem with my mobile phone and despite numerous efforts to solve the problem I visited Fone World in Peterborough and within minutes they had solved the problem. Really impressed with their attitude and professionalism, thank you.

The salesman in the Dorchester branch if Fone World was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. He sorted the problem I was having with my Samsung phone in minutes and because the problem was easy to fix I wasn't charged. I am 89 and find easy problems become mountains to us oldies. I shall certainly recommend others to use Fone World especially the
Dorchester branch. Please pass on my message.

Wonderful, a phone shop with a staff member who didn’t crowd me, I looked around then asked my question, Tahir definitely knew his products well, he presented a IP13 cover exactly as requested, most covers are restricted in what can be stored in them.
Tahir listened didn’t try to oversell, he is a credit to Phoneworld Chatham.

I went into the Bath store today to buy a case for my new (to me) z flip. I mentioned that my old sim card didnt fit new phone and I wanted to get a new one at O2 but the shop was closed. After I had committed to buying the case and completely unprompted i was asked to show old phone to see if he could help with the sim. Now by my own admission I was, in this circumstance an absolute muppet, but it turned out I had tried to put the memory card in the sim slot (I know,it was very early in the morning when I attempted this so clearly wasn't awake!). The guy serving me without any judgement whatsoever calmly fitted my sim in my new phone (not bought from them) and fitted new case. This was a simple thing but it was soo appreciated, it made my otherwise redundant trip into town worthwhile and saved me looking an idiot at O2. So nice to receive such great professional customer service. Thank you to the gentleman who served me, sorry I didn't get your name.

Spent £55 on a new screen , after 2 days crack appeared, gradually worsened, .refused to keep to warranty , very rude staff refused to listen , please do,not use this shop

Fine world Solihull was great. They ordered a new screen for my Motorola phone, let me know when it arrived in the shop & repaired my phone in just over an hour, with a screen protector. A great job, thank you.

I paid £190 for my screen to be replaced. Not only does the screen not fit - it protrudes not allowing my phone case to protect, it also has created a thick black line at the bottom and has reduced my screen size. Please do not use this shop, I asked for my old screen to be put back on and they refused.
They are not able to provide a like for like and only after, did they state to have a better screen it would cost £500.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
