Guys never go to phone world in Bluewater. Those guys are thieves. They tell you one thing and do something else. I took my old phone there for then to wipe as I couldn't remember the pin or password. They just took the phone to factory reset and lied to me that it's done. When I open the phone it's asking me for the same pin or password I paid £15 for then to clear. When I challenged them they called the police on me that I should leave the store, as a disciplined guy who respects the law I left loosing £15 with these criminals. Guys Bluewater store of Fone world is a thief. Run from them. They lie a lot.

Review for the Oxford branch (29 Queen Street) Empathetic and human. I took my computer in a panic because I spilled half a bottle of water in my bag and thought my computer was damaged. I took it to Fone World because it was the closest to the Oxford Public Library and explained what had happened and that I'm a student. They asked to keep it for two hours and see what they could do. When they returned my computer after that time, they had found some water had gotten in through the charging ports, but the damage was not enough - they said I could take it for free. This shows an empathetic and human service. I am very grateful and will be returning for other phone, computer, tech related situations. Thank you! Lovely staff, great service and solution focused.

Superb service from Ali at Fone World, Peterborough. Finally decided to migrate from an old Xiaomi Mi Mix Android 9 to iPhone 16e, purchased at Costco. Unfortunately, this meant Apple were unwilling to assist, and with ongoing problems with the Android to iOs App, I was desperate for help. Ali was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and unbelievably patient, as the data transfer took hours of manual work. Despite this, Ali was more than happy to explain each process, and once completed, even took time to show me how to use the iPhone; all the while, managing to multitask and serve other customers in need. Unbelievably, the charge for all that work was amazingly cheap. I recommend Ali at Fone World, Peterborough for anyone looking for a first class service at a fantastic price. Many thanks.

Went in to get a replacement battery and repair my screen, everything seem great, cheap and affordable, within 2 weeks battery failed and would only last a few hours, the screen hadn’t been put back on correctly and it was pulling away at the bottom of the phone, touch screen stopped working. I work akin that requires a lot of overseas travel and I was away for a month, so this was horrible, by the time I got back and explained it to them, they refused to fix it and wanted to charge me again to fix it. Horrible service and the discussion become heated by the staff. They refused to believe that the battery they put in was a cheap Indian/chinese knock off and that the screen wasnt fixed correctly. Any customer thinking about using them, please avoid like the plague. Not worth the hassle

Another outstanding experience with Omar at Dorchester Fone World. My wife and I both had a lot of problems with our phones, and Omar sorted all the issues with patience, expertise, and clarity. We also purchased a new screen protector and phone cover. I cannot praise Omar enough, and would highly recommend him. Perfection across the board.

Workmen accidentally cut off my internet connection and Vodafone gave me something called a ‘Hotspot’.
I couldn’t connect my laptop to my phone , and after struggling trying to talk to someone at Vodafone on the phone (impossible!) in desperation I went into the Vodafone shop with my phone and my laptop.
They sent me into the shop next door (Fone World) and a remarkable gent sorted the whole thing out perfectly and didn’t charge me for his time.

I went to Fone world in Westfield.
Amazing, professional and helpful staff. I had replacement back screen for my iphone same day, completed at their estimated time.
Also had speakers for my S22 replaced promptly. Very reasonable. I will not go anywhere for my phone repairs.

I went into my Dorchester branch today where Omar spent time sorting out a problem for me. Polite and went the extra mile. Fantastic I won’t be going anywhere else.

Lovely friendly staff. Had a problem with the microphone on my husbands Samsung phone. They ordered and replaced the part. Very reasonable to fix. Had an issue with charging the phone after, but they fixed that problem and now I have a happy hubby. Thank you 😊 would highly recommend.

Nice, friendly staff! Had my mobile screen protector broken. It was replaced yesterday. However, there were some unexpected air bubbles coming up and returned to see if they could fix that this morning. Which they happily did. Offering a full new replacement screen protector (the same "Emperor 9D" brand), at no extra cost. Highly recommended.
