We are sorry you are not happy with our service. However, please be advised myflightdelayed.com are in no way a scam. When a client enters their details on our website they are presented with the full Terms & Conditions (T&C) to read, understand and agree to; please note, we would not begin work for a client unless the T&C have been accepted and signed.
Our fees which may become payable are fully explained within the T&C including our contingency fee if we are successful at claiming compensation for our client and our cancellation fee should a client cancel their claim with us out of the cooling off period of 14 days.

We are sorry you were not happy with our service. I can confirm that our cancellation policy and fees are fully explained within our T&C's, which are presented to all clients to read, understand and agree to before they are able to submit their claim with us. We do have a cooling off period of 14 days for cancellation where the client can cancel free of charge. We also issue a cancellation form to all clients upon sign up; this can also be downloaded from our website's T&C's.

Had in a flight cancelled in Feb 2019. Flybe refused my initial claim. I was slightly suspicious of contacting a company as heard some horror stories but from start to finish Myflightdelayed were excellent. They chased Flybe and we received 138pounds compensation each. Well recommended.

A while back we traveled as a extended…
A while back we traveled as a extended family and experienced a delay. A family member found out about my flight delayed and decided to make a claim which was very easy to do and there was a successful outcome for everyone of us. As result of this my wife and I also had a delayed flight at an earlier time so we decided to try for a claim which also was successful, that is our experience 👍

Absolutely terrible!
I recently completed a 2 minute form while sat in the airport, I also emailed the airline.
The airline resolved the claim and paid out within a week. With this said I decided not to send the paperwork that myflightdelayed required to process the claim.
Myflightdelayed then decided to raise a charge of £180.00 ex vat for their services.
No service was received! Absolute con artists!
