Still awaiting delivery after nearly 3 weeks. Tried emailing, tried web form, tried calling. No reply to anything! No products, first order from them. Very disappointed

Missing spray nozzles in order!
Didn't receive any spray nozzles for 5 products!! The products smell gorgeous but I can't even use them as all I got were screw lids. I emailed a few days ago to ask if they can rectify the issue and send me the missing pumps but got no response and judging by the rest of the reviews, I probably won't get a reply. It's a shame because the products themselves are great.

So pleased with order #913616
So pleased with my order. I was a little wary about placing an order after reading some of the reviews but thought I'd take the chance and really glad I did. The order arrived within a few days, everything was exceptionally well packaged and arrived with Royal Mail. The smells are amazing and I can't wait to start cleaning tomorrow (how did that happen?) It's worth checking some of the negative reviewers other comments, some of them seem to be serial negative reviewers.

ITS A SCAM …
Bought a lot of products washing and drying products disinfectant they are all fake it’s a scam company you may as well buy water and a pkt of tissues as they will have the same fragrance I have tried every way possible to contact them and the phone is a scam as well it’s not manned it gives you the standard options but no one is there I’m about to contact trading standards don’t waste your money

Everything that I received was amazing…
Everything that I received was amazing especially the clothes liquid washing the clothes in the washing up liquid smiled absolutely fantastic and the perfume that you put into the drawer of the washing machine is second to none your clothes smell beautiful for days and days.
The room spray is fantastic. The room smells amazing not just straight away but it stays for awhile.
The tablets that you’re dropping into the toilet make the toilet smell beautiful and clean it’s really well
overall I’m absolutely thrilled with everything that I had thank you.

Excellent service and excellent prices. I purchased a couple of different scents to try. Some i like and some less so but at those prices it was easy to do that. I know which ones i like now so will make it easier for purchaing in the future. My favourite is the no1 scent. It is lush and 8s stronger and lasts longer than the premium brand i was paying a subscription for. Now a fan favourite

⭐ Very disappointing customer service
Unfortunately, my experience with Fabulosa has been extremely disappointing. They missed two deliveries, and when I contacted them about the issue, it took over a week to receive a response.
The refund was also delayed, and throughout the whole process there was very little communication and no apology for the inconvenience caused.
I understand that delivery problems can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters. In this case, I felt completely let down by the lack of communication and customer service.
I expected much better from Fabulosa and, based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order from them again.

Ignored messaged about a damaged item
I messaged about a damaged item in my order and requesting a replacement , no aknowledgement, no reply, and looking at some of the previous reviews, it appears that customer services are sadly lacking. Fabulosa have been sending lots of email offers recently, perhaps if customers got the service they deserve, these wouldn't be necessary.

Beautiful fragrance.
I've never used any of these products before, but I was looking around for cleaning products with nice fragrances, better than the usual supermarket ones. After searching I came across the Fabulosa range & decided to try. I'm so glad I did. The fragrance is absolutely beautiful, together with really good cleaning ability. I cannot believe how much you get in their bundles! I highly recommend.

Such a shame, because I love the products.
Update. 09/09/26
I thought I’d give them another chance and placed an order on 08/09/26 and paid for next day delivery. I’ve just , today, received notification that my parcels are being shipped with Amazon shipping , in conjunction with Royal Mail and won’t be arriving until 12/09/26!!!
Also, forgot to say, my previous order had products that had leaked, but I had no response to my email regarding that either, so no point in trying to email about my next day delivery, that didn’t happen!
Needless to say I won’t be ordering direct from fabulosa again.

A blast from the past but just as good
Years ago I had a bottle of the fabulosa intense glass cleaner I don't know where I got it from but I found it brilliant. Quite a few years later I spotted I could buy it again but at that time it was impacts and I don't need packs of the stuff. So I was very pleased when I saw that I could buy just one bottle if I needed it however I decided to buy three. Having used it again on my car I found it just as good as it was in the past.
