Really upset with service offered
Really upset with service offered. After ordering on line, and hearing nothing I tried to contact Fabulosa, but phone, email and direct on their site, no reply to any.
Contacted Amazon who shipped parcel to enquire where order was.
They advised return to Fabulosa as parcel was damaged.
I continued to try ringing them until eventually I managed to get through.
When I asked why they didn’t contact me with a solution I was told it was my responsibility to contact them.
They confirmed they had received order back from delivery company but then they take no further action.
I was appalled by their dismissive approach to customer care.

Yes the products smell divine
Yes the products smell divine! But that's about it! As far as cleaning, disinfecting and anti bacterial side of it they don't work! We done a bacteria test after using the antibacterial cleaner and it was 0%! However its a good product to make ya house smell nice 😑

Absolutely gorgeous smell
Absolutely gorgeous smell. The smell lingers forever on my clothes. Used to buy it from my local Home Bargains store, but they don't stock the Winter angel fabric softener boost anymore 😢 so had to buy direct from Fabulosa. It's a bit more expensive but well worth it.
Ps, you don't pour it into the gabric softener compartment, it goes into you washing powder section.

Love the idea
I really like the idea of Fabulosa and their products smell great, which is why I’ve continued ordering from them. Unfortunately, my experience has been inconsistent. Almost every order, whether placed directly through their website or through a third party, has had some sort of issue, usually leaking bottles or spray mechanisms that do not work properly.
I also found the ordering experience quite different depending on the platform. An order placed directly through the Fabulosa website took around 10 days before it was even processed, while the exact same order through their TikTok Shop arrived within 2 days.
Customer service was another disappointment. I contacted them about the delayed order, but the response came after the parcel had already been delivered, simply to inform me that it had been delivered, which was not particularly helpful.
Overall, Fabulosa has some lovely products and a lot of potential, but the quality control and customer service need improvement. At the moment, the experience feels very hit-and-miss and, if I’m being completely honest, there are better alternatives available that offer more consistent quality and service.

Paid for next day delivery and order has still not arrived 4 days later. No updates on shipping and no response from emails, website log and no response from phone. Have now had to spend more money to get other cleaning products leaving me even more out of pocket

Horrendous delivery
Horrendous delivery, ordered 12 days before a holiday, expecting delivery within a couple of days, as most modern companies do, nowadays. It was delivered 2 days into our 14 day holiday according to email, let’s see if it’s still on our doorstep when we get home.
I appreciate after chasing delivery, I found they quote 5 to 10 days, but in this modern Amazon era, we expect better. The icing on the cake, delivery confirmation states “delivered by Amazon”!

Zero response from Customer Service. My order 823888 was never received because the carrier emailed me to say the items had leaked . I’ve emailed Info@myfabulosa twice to get a replacement. They just don’t bother to reply . Won’t order from them again and advise everyone else to avoid them . Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Poor customer service!
Ordered a bundle of caramel dates scent, got sent the wrong bindle, tried to speak with a real person and just kept getting an automated response. So I just re ordered another caramel dates bundle and exactly the same thing happened again. Got sent the wrong bundle. Again couldn't speak to a real person, so I messaged on Instagram and emailed and to my shock was told they couldn't deal with the complaint as it was on another platform. I didn't get to speak to anyone and then had to take time and effort to go to the post office and return the items myself. Extremely bad customer service and poorly run business!
