I now have been able to find the Angel scented products. My friend wanted some as she loves the smell. She said it's like the lush product scents.
I'm so excited to take her a set. She unfortunately can't get out at the moment so I know that this gift will cheer her up.
I had nothing to compare the price to as they don't sell them in the shops that I've visited.
One parcel arrived today so I contacted Fabulosa about the 2nd parcel. They were quick to reply to my email and told me that it was still out for delivery.
My only concern was that the delivery driver left it on my doorstep but didn't wait for me to answer the door. Luckily I was in and able to take the parcel in straight away.

Products are really good . Company very helpful when I ordered wrong items they removed them from my order and added items wanted . This was done very quickly by email.

Its very disappointing when you buy direct from a company then find the exact same product a LOT cheaper with free shipping on their social media page.
Even more disappointing when I pointed this out to the conpany that they claimed they had no control over their own social media page.
Marketed as a dupe designer fragrance, although if gave off a faint 'whiff' of it when top taken off the bottle, laundry did not smell as promised after using product. My advice to consumers is to buy the cheap package and add your own fragrance oil.
Performance of cleaning products were no better than supermarket own brand.

I already wanted some products and saw that there was a sale on the delivery was really quick and it has lasted me ages so much more cheap cheaper
Individual products if you buy the bulk online really happy with the scent we bought snow angel and it has a lovely festive candy floss scent to it

Fabulosa is absolutely fabulous.
You can buy each product separately or choose from so many versatile bundles. Each bundle is amazing value for money. They have everything you need to clean your home and sort your laundry.
With so many beautiful scents to choose from, your home and laundry will always smell amazing. I love fruity twist products but I chose winter angel this time and I cannot wait to try many of the other scents.
My order was packed with care. Each kitchen and bathroom cleaning products came with spray nozzles.
Both bundles were placed into plastic bags incase of leakage and boxed.
Everything arrived swiftly and in brilliant condition.
You won’t find better value than fabulosa products.
I would highly recommend Fabulosa and I will definitely be buying from this company in the near future.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Fabulosa. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, and they promptly changed it for me and offered reassurance. When I asked for advice on which product to use for a specific task, they helped me select the right one. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. However, I would recommend using email for communication, as I haven’t been able to reach them by phone yet, but that may just be due to my timing. Fab products, fab staff. Thank you!!!

Always a good experience ordering and receiving my Fabulosa orders. I especially like the air freshener refils and my favourites are Electrify and Fresh Breeze. Excellent price and fast delivery. No need to go shopping and look for them on the shelves.

Received order. Of quite a few Fabulosa kitchen sprays etc. around a dozen. Lids were loose on some so contents leaked into the plastic inner of the box. I also ordered a pet spray lot which was supposed to be boxed like it is in supermarkets. No it was loose this was supposed to be a gift !! As it should have been in the box Would have been a nice gift. I emailed Fabulosa two weeks ago no reply. I emailed again recently still no reply,order number 921117 my first email was sent 30th sept it states you aim to reply within 48 hrs would that be a mistake and you actually reply in 48 weeks I ask ??

There reply says it’s been discussed and resolved ! No it hasn’t been discussed and resolved !

I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience with Fabulosa

As a first-time customer, I placed a very large order and was really looking forward to receiving it. However, I received a notification to say that half of my order had been damaged and would not be delivered.

I then spent over a week emailing you, trying to find out what had happened and when the missing items would be refunded. I received no meaningful response, just what appeared to be automated replies. It was only when I advised that I would be raising a dispute with my credit card provider that I finally received a response.

Even then, I was asked to confirm which items were missing, which I promptly did. That was over a week ago, and I am still waiting for my refund.

I genuinely like your products, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. However, the customer service I have received has been extremely poor. Having to repeatedly chase a company for updates and a refund for goods that were never delivered is simply not acceptable.

I would strongly encourage Fabulosa to review its customer service processes, particularly how damaged orders, missing items and refunds are handled. You risk losing customers who genuinely like your products because of the way their problems are dealt with.

As a first-time customer, this has certainly not given me confidence in ordering from you again. I am still extremely unhappy with how this has been handled, and I would appreciate my outstanding refund being resolved without any further delay.

This stuff stinks so bad. Once you smell it you know it the moment you go into a place that uses it. It lingers too.

Such a great company that rewards you for the more products you buy. I hope they never sell out of wild rhubarb as the scent is so nice and I will keep buying as long as they have it in stock.
