Ordered the Capsaicin gels - when they got to me, tried them for a week - no warm feeling inside that I read about. Tried opening and tasting a gel from 2 different bags - absolutely NO heat, cannot be Capsaicin in them. Tried to get a refund - they want ALL the original packaging back. They finally agreed to a 50% refund on my order - been over 2 weeks, nothing on my CC, no emails back from them. Such a nice scam they have!
I cannot recommend their gels - seem to not have any Capsaicin in them at all - expensive colored oil gels!

Scammers keep away still waiting for a refund of £50 been a month and they still saying its with refund team

This seems to be a fake company. I ordered online and the product has never been delivered although my address was correct. I contacted them and they ask me to provide my address to deliver and I track their shipping online and they put a wrong address with a fake tracking number and charged my credit card again. I call to claim a refund and they said they can only give 20% of my money. Please stay away from this company if you don't want trouble.

Elorita Cayenne: Advertised as US based but was shipped internationally. Stopped using the Cayenne gel capsules after about 5-6 weeks due to dry scaly eyelids, around nose and under chin and around jaw. Three to four weeks from stopping and plenty of creams and oils to heal skin. Beware.

They steal your money and never deliver your product you ordered. Turned it over to my bank. Had to get a new card so they couldn't steal anymore money from me. Don't order from these thieving crooks. They claimed it was delivered on July 19, 2026. Never was. Post office has no record of it being delivered to me. Got the runaround from this fraudulent company. Don't deal with them ever.
