My husband ordered a product but wasn’t as he expected when it arrived. Sent email to customer service as per their request but they don’t respond giving auth to return for a refund.
This company is a Chinese rip off 45 capsules instead of 240 and the first package didn't arrive absolutely shite put a pin into one to taste the liquid and its red oil nothing in it at all plus they spell pepper as popper plus other spelling mistakes and never get a straight answer always bullshit!!!!!! Avoid like the plague 1/10
Worst experience ever. My first, buy one get one free order took almost seven weeks to get. I actually got my second (subscription) order before I got the first order. It was a single bag of the softgels containing 45 of them. The recommended dosage was 3 per day. You don't have to be a math professor to know that I had 15 days worth of their product for a monthly subscription. Their sales page is at best misleading, if not downright deceptive. The images for their Cayenne pepper softgels say 240 softgels and/or this pouch will last 80 days so you think you're getting 2 and 1/2+ worth and end up getting 15 days worth. Their customer service socks as well. I've learned that you can't ask more than one question per email because if you do, they might answer one of them, but never all of them. Will never buy from them again.
First order arrived two large packs ...
Didn't realise I signed up for subscription service ( my fault) so tried to cancel it the minute it came out of my bank ....only to be told no as the order had been processed ( but not sent )
I cancelled the future orders but the one they wouldn't cancel arrived today ..... Just 45 capsules in a small pack £44.74 charged ...
Be careful unless you want to end up paying a £1 per small capsule

The red pouch came in and boy o boy it got delivered faster then expected packaging was strong and nice Matt I rtought it might be spicy but no burn just instant warmth in my feet

9 days in I tought it was a scam then all of a sudden the doorbell ring a package from Akron ??? Then I saw the Matt red package of get jacked I’m 3 weeks in now and I feel notable improvements in energu great ! Highly recommend it also did to my friends they also noted a difference instantly
Be warned!!! You will end up signing up for a subscription (somehow!!!) at £40 per month and end up with a mountain of tablets early that are not required!!!
As for Paypal help - useless closing account today!
i wanted something natural that would also works this is exaclty that. It took longer (bout 2 months) to get the effect but i have no side effects from these unnatural thingys. and also its sustained its not a quick spike of good numbers and then bad again. the couching i had also stopped
no taste but the effects are as advertise i feel it more bloodflow also to the places it maters most!
delivery is always fast i ordered a few times now they got a new packaging red which i didnt lke but what i did like is whats in the packaging. a red softgel that honestly changed everything for me. and i got that boost in nitric oxide. i used to take 20 supps now i just take these. 3 months in and my life has absolutly changed!
First shippment absolutly failled becuas im from Germany and it comes from the US. they said sorry, fixed it with me and the carrier. so the red pack came in the mail 🌶️. time to take it 2 weeks later my a1c dropped like a rock. Gratefull.
its tasteless but it does work also my wife notice and i have more energy so great all in all these red softgels are great
Maybe its because im form ierland but delivery took about 12 days however the softgels came and riight afte taking it it felt like things started opening up again
i tried a cayenne brand before but it didnt work so i was hesitant but this one works and delivery was pretty fast
Delivery took quiet long about 9 days and i was not 100% if its not gonna be one of them facebook viral things but the 2 red packs where delivered that said get jacked and heck it worked my wife noticed and my numbers went waayyy down
This red pouch came in the mail and i was stunned when i actually felt that things where working again like they nothins changed
