It’s very accessible and convenient for those patients that can’t go to a clinic physically just for a check up or consultation. However, it’s better if there’s also an option to consult via call/vide... Se mere

I'm glad I gave it a shot when I first discovered it, now I recommend it to people I know. It is a bit expensive, but the convenience is important. No questions asked by my employer.

nice and fast experience

Good Service from a Student Client

I had wonderful experience with their service. I was sick and wasn't able to attend classes, and my university requires a medical certificate. I was diagnosed and checked-up accordingly, and they immediately processed my medical certificate. Thank you so much to doc!

General Consult isn't helpful at all (Updated)

General Consult wasn't helpful at all. The consultation/communication was closed prematurely (due to a glitch) even though I had asked a follow-up question and was still expecting a response.

Since they’re a fairly new company, I understand that some processes may still be improving. However, I was also disappointed that they initially couldn’t process my refund, and their support email address wasn’t working, which made it difficult to get assistance.

Edit/Update: Their alternate email address, admin@mydocexpress, is working, and this is where they reached out to me to process my refund. I appreciate them taking the time to personally discuss the issue and reach out to me.

That said, I still believe the UI/UX and overall customer support process could be drastically improved to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future. Clearer communication channels and a more seamless support process would make a big difference, especially for a company that is still growing.

I’m leaving this review not just for my personal experience, but also as constructive feedback that I hope the company can use for improvement and that future customers can be aware of. I appreciate the effort they made to address my concern and hope they continue improving their service.

After investigating the consultation with Dr Tacata, we identified that the unexpected closure was caused by a technical issue with our platform. We have raised this with our team and are working on improvements to help prevent the same issue from occurring again.
