My initial order had a machine had a defect. Amelia was able to work with me to return the initial machine and I received a replacement. Amelia was great at communicating and helped make everything right.

Amelia has helped me so much when one of my suction cords broke and also when I thought my package wasn’t delivered. One package did get lost in the mail but it was because it was liquid gel. I got my refund back for it. The machines are good. Shipped pretty fast as well.

It is easy to move around on your web site. Great products that I can attest to, as a customer. I am a new Salon owner with a grand opening coming very soon. I plan to use just your products! I am excited to say!

I purchased a machine today and Bank Of America declined the charge because it was outside of the USA and then PayPal authorized the charge. The charge did go through successfully and I did not receive a confirmation email from the company. I tried to call and chat but they were offline.

My machine arrived in time but unfortunately I had issues with one of the handles. I emailed customer service and Amelia was assigned to help me. She walked me through the steps and even sent me videos walking showing step by step. The issue wasn’t able to be solve and I was issued a replacement.
