Rio has been a great help to me. My package was delivered but there was no product inside. It looks like it has been tampered with. I let her know and she had a replacement shipment sent out within 2 days. Great customer service. I am looking forward to receiving my product.

The products do EVERYTHING they say. Dark spots on my neck from shaving are rapidly clearing. Also, I had a problem with my shipment that was resolved quickly and the sales rep, Rio, reached out to me personally to follow up and make sure I was taken care of.

Rio helped me out, and was quick to answer my question and take action to what I needed! Also love the products, really works in brightening my skin!

I reached out to Glo Melanin to cancel my recurring subscription. I am satisfied with the products, but currently I have more than enough and didn't want to continue getting more products auto-shipped when it will take me a while to start using them (there are some non-Glo Melanin products I already had that want to use up first). Rio provided great customer service and was able to cancel my subscription for me. When I am ready for more Glo Melanin products, I will be back to order them!

The reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to send a follow-up email before I got a response however it was Labor Day that week so response times could have been delayed due to the holiday. I also wish there was a way to order more than one quantity of a product (because I order for both my sister and myself) without having to lock into a subscription (but it can be paused or canceled at any time).

I reached out for support with my subscription. Rio responded quickly and was knowledgeable. He understood what I was asking for and responded accordingly. Additionally, since I started using Glomelanin products, I feel comfortable leaving the house makeup free!!!
