Excellent work & great customer service.

Very good customer service; explained what needed to be done and answered other questions I had. Price point is reasonable.

MyCar in Mount Waverley are fair and genuine operators. They clearly presented the options to repair and maintain my car, and reminded me of items I should consider and be watchful. If I didn’t have a trusted mechanic to look after an old car, I would have sold it by now for a new car (plus is associated free services and warranty). Easily my best experience.

Walked in, gentleman at the counter pulled up my quote and saw a charge that wasn't necessary on there and said he'll take it off because it was included with the tires. Dropped my key. Got a message an hour later saying it was done, even pumped the spare tire in the back as well. Tires looked great, car drove amazing afterwards, was like butter. I felt like it was a perfect service for a Saturday morning.

I felt informed, work was completed quickly and to a great standard. Rick went to a lot of effort to contact me. Expectations were realistic. Happy to come back again for my next service - not to mention the convenient location!

Usually have my Subaru serviced at Subaru itself, but took it for the first time to MyCar Mount Waverley - and wont be going back there again. Took the car for a regular service and to get a squealing brake issue rectified.
They completely botched up the brake job - fit an aftermarket brake pad incorrectly and this resulted in the front discs being glazed and causing the squealing sound. I took the car back to them twice post the repair to tell them that the squealing hasn't gone away and to relook at the issues - but was brushed off on both occasions! Got told that I had excellent hearing, cause they couldn't hear a thing.

Disappointing customer service, inexperienced mechanics and very expensive too. Wont be going back.

Took my car back to Subaru to get the issue resolved and not only did they resolve the issue but I also got charged way less that what MyCar charged me for the job in the first place! Who would have thought! Well done Subaru Camberwell.

Was contacted and provided a full explanation of what was needed. No surprises and reasonably priced!

The advice received for the repairs to be done and service completed on the vehicle were all performed very professionally in a very quick and prompt way.

The next day after the service one of my headlights went out after having 5 different bulbs replaced.

Great service, nice staff

Forgot to sign the booklet despite me asking and verifying that it was done. Took 2 pages out wrongly.
don't know if the car was even serviced, feel like i was lied to.
Will not be coming back!

My second visit to mycar Mt Waverley with a much-needed service on the 2005 Subaru GX.

Radiator flushed, brake fluid flushed (and changed), and four new tyres fitted were the main things that needed attending to.

Was kept well-informed and communicated to about all of the procedures listed above, including the total cost - very professional.

Well done and thank-you guys - see you next time!

Very professional and genuine service from Rick and team. He handled everything quickly to replace badly worn controller arms and was very honest to tell me I didn't need my car brake changed. Definitely going back.
