We managed to get a good deal for a reliable tyre brand with the 40% discounts. We made a booking for the day to hand over our car and everything went well. On the day of picking up our car, the whole process seems rushing. Knowing there are sales and the team is busy, there is no explanation of what after sales service we get. It’s our first time we came to this store. Previously at our usual store (before we move), the team provided us a run through when we got our tyres done.

These guys used to be really good
These guys used to be really good. But now there is one guy who seems to be a regular duty manager is just the lowest of low. Yelling at staff. Yelling at customers. I went with a flat tyre. He started with the abuse immediately. I told mate I'm not just some guy who got a flat around the corner. I am a regular have bought tyres here and brakes here for years. He didn't care a less and when I said you can't give 5minutes even take the tyre to repair later when you have time you're willing to lose a customer over that, he could to wait to show me the do with aggression and hand waving. I've seen him do this to other customers also in an abusive way. He seems to think being busy is a perpetual unbreakable problem but he's doing his best to fix that in all the wrong ways. Will never be back.

New tyres
Prompt efficient service. Courteous and helpful. Booking the time was easy, and I received a reminder of my appointment a few days in advance. I wanted 4 specific tyres and they made sure to supply the correct ones at a very good price. I have bought tyres from this location before and would recommend them.
