Great job and great price
The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and they do a very good job.
I have had my brake pads and rotors replaced a couple of years ago and a puncture fixed very recently. Have been very happy with both the repairs and the price.

Surprise - someone added water to coolant - It was them last time.
This is 2nd logbook service in a row and I was told to replace coolant for additional $280 as the existing coolant is too diluted. They told someone added too much water to it. I was like, it was you guys who did my the earlier service. Simple answer was "then we don't know". I never touched any fluid in last 1 year. So means they added water in last service and now costing me $280. Can't claim or prove anything except regretting.

Excellent experience overall both on the phone for making the appointment and at the Kellyville store. The staff are great to deal with & overall process very smooth. Yes, had to wait a little bit but wasn’t too bad. Will use again / recommend.

Mycar's Incorrect link misleading
When I searched for Pink Slip, Mycar link appeared in my search, leading to selection between normal or log book service. Thought Pink Slip is covered under the logbook service.
On appointment day, Mycar Kellyville advised me that there is no records of my request for Pink Slip but accepted to complete for me. To my surprise, they charged me extra for Pink Slip on top of my log book service.
Either fix your Google search link or refund me the Pink Slip fees.

Tyre change issues
After a tyre change the wheels were not balanced causing vibration at high speed, the air in the tyres was incorrect and it appears as as one of my rims were damaged after the service.
Had to go back 3 times for a simple Tyre change, besides the issues I had post service I had a booking but it didn’t seem to matter so had to come back another day as they were busy that day.
