Great Car Care
I'd like to thank Wayne and the team at mycar tyre and auto in Kellyville, they recently serviced my car and today did a wheel alignment and put in a new battery. The car is running better than ever. They installed a new wiper motor for free which was very kind of them. I highly recommend their friendly and professional service.

I had a leaking tyre, My Car had me booked in the next day and repaired the nail issue.
My first experience with Mycar was…
My first experience with Mycar was upsetting and extremely disappointing.
I called and booked an appointment over the phone to have my tyres replaced, and I was required to pay upfront to secure the booking. When I arrived the next day, I pulled over beside the workshop because I wasn’t sure where to park and was hoping someone could direct me.
A young man approached, so I explained that I had a booking and asked where I should park. Instead of assisting me, he spoke to me rudely and abusively, telling me I had stopped in the wrong spot and needed to park in the mycar parking area. When I asked where that was, he pointed in a direction but continued speaking to me in the same manner.
I went to the parking area, where he had also gone to retrieve another customer’s car, and he continued making comments about where I had originally stopped. By that point, I had had enough. I went into the office and told them I no longer wanted to proceed with the booking and wanted a refund.
When they asked why, I explained what had happened. The manager’s response was that the employee was autistic and, while they were sorry, there was nothing they could do about it. It felt like the manager was using that as an excuse rather than taking responsibility for the way I had been treated. I understand that people may have different needs or challenges, but management should have appropriate safeguards and support in place to prevent customers from being spoken to in an abusive or disrespectful way.
I then asked for my money back, but was told I had to contact head office because I had booked over the phone. I tried calling the two numbers they provided several times, but each time I only reached a recorded message and was prompted to leave a voicemail.
At that point, it became clear to me that getting a refund would likely be even more frustrating than the experience I had already been through. I reluctantly went ahead with the booking just to get it over with.
Lesson learned. I won’t be using Mycar again. Reputable businesses take responsibility when something goes wrong, but based on this experience, Mycar’s setup makes it feel like customer service and accountability are the least of their concerns.

I had a disappointing experience at mycar Tyre & Auto. I waited from 10:30am until 3:30pm for my car, which was much longer than expected. Better communication and more accurate time estimates would have helped.

Tyre repair puncture
I dropped a wheel off with a puncture caused by a screw yesterday afternoon for prompt repair which their great friendly staff did for me.
I was happy to pay for repair to be done quickly but a bonus was NO CHARGE when I picked the tyre up!

Car was left for a Pink slip inspection , understood to be a one hour process . Returned after 2 hours to find the car in same parking spot and untouched . Inspection was undertaken in the next hour and report issued
