I was staying at my cousins for a couple of days. Decided to get the RAA out to diagnose a problem I had been putting up with for 6 months. Had a service on the car a couple of months before and they couldn't tell me what the problem was. After the diagnosis I rang a couple of places hoping to fix it for me on the same day. This was around midday. No luck until I rang Mycar and auto. He was already ordering parts while I was speaking to him on the phone. I said that I would bring it up so they could look at it. I left there at 2pm. They rang me around 3.45 to inform me of another parts damage and then rang again half an hour later to say it was fixed and running well. I was elated that they could actually fit me in to fix my car in the middle of the day. No pressure was put on me to spend maximum dollars. Highly recommend anybody to try this company first.

Very courteous and explained everything in detail

The online booking part was very easy.. it gave me a quote and paid it before I dropped my car off. They gave me a time line of when it would be ready. They noticed a couple of minor things that needed fixing and gave me the choice of fixing it or I could do it myself. The staff were respectful and friendly.

The manager here is honest and helpful.

Manager Aubtin is very courteous and knowledgeable and trustworthy & explained everything so well & why things needed doing . The mechanics are very polite & did such a good job in a timely manner, they know their stuff. This place is trustworthy and I will be going back soon .

As soon as I arrived I was greeted in the foyer,all the work to be done was explained clearly to me Nd later in the day I was contacted to sy a few other things needed to be replaced and would I like to go ahead with that. Mixed experience. I paid $300 for a full service and $800 for tyres and wheel alignment, and I specifically emphasised the importance of fixing the alignment.

After the service, the alignment issue remained. When I returned, they admitted they couldn’t properly do the alignment and refunded the alignment cost, which I appreciate. However, this should have been communicated upfront instead of charging me initially.

Average overall — acceptable resolution, but better communication is needed.

Ob was lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Car service and checks were extensive and explained each repair required thoroughly. Will be going back when car is due next service. Sharron

Very satisfied with the service provided. Very professional management and the manager is very nice person. I got the best car service at the best price and I was also able to change all four tires with Pirelli brand with a very favorable price offer for me.
