I have had my car serviced twice with mycar and both experiences have left me feeling reassured and thankful. I am absolutely delighted by their customer interactions and work carried out on my car. Price quotes given were honoured and during servicing, findings of additional replacements or repairs prompted them to call me straight away. They did the extra repair and replacement work straight away upon my request at the extra cost quoted. I confidently recommend anyone to use mycar. Work carried out is guaranteed and cost is most reasonable. Additionally, I am always impressed by their politeness, neatness in dress and the clean workplace. I appreciate mycar and shall continue to use them because my vehicle is looked after by them, knowing I can travel with ease. Thank you mycar.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at MyCar.
My vehicle was driving perfectly fine before I brought it in to have the water pump and timing belt replaced. After completing the work, I was told that the cooling system had been tested and that the car was good to go.
Just four days later, the vehicle broke down with a high engine temperature message. The coolant reservoir was completely empty. I then had it towed straight back and was told that the heater hoses needed replacing. In my view, if the cooling system had been properly tested after the original repair, this issue should have been identified before the vehicle was returned to me.
I authorised the heater hose repair, expecting the problem to finally be resolved. Instead, after completing that work, I was informed that the vehicle now requires a complete engine replacement at a cost of more than $8,000. They offered to discount this by taking away the approximately 10 hours of labour cost. Not sure as to why they would offer this as they were denying any fault.
Based on the sequence of events, I believe the cooling system may not have been properly tested or inspected after the water pump replacement, and that this may have contributed to the engine overheating and suffering severe damage. Before the original repair, I had a functioning vehicle. Now I am being told I need an entirely new engine.
All I want is to have my car returned to the condition it was in when I first dropped it off. Now I have a car retuned to me that is totally unusable as there was no way I was handing over more money to this company.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others about using MyCar for major engine or cooling system work.

I recently had my tyre repaired at mycar Tyre & Auto and was very impressed with the service. The staff provided very helpful advice, were professional and friendly, and fixed my tyre the same day. I would definitely recommend them and will happily return again in the future.

had a wheel alignment & wheel balance, at first was all good but then noticed after just a few days wheel out of balance & actually found wheel weight on my driveway .. went back to store with wheel weight in hand but they refused to back their work . not happy
